We called Friday morning needing someone to help fix out our Miele washing machine. Ben turned up in the afternoon, was friendly as and within an hour and a half had it all fixed and sorted. Would happily use Domestica again because the efficiency and service was top notch.

I rang Domestica and explained that I thought an oven heating element had failed. I have then the oven model number and they offered me two options for replacement elements. They fitted the new element the following day and the oven is back working.

Brilliant professional and friendly local service in Moseley. I had been let down by previous dishwasher repair men I'd found online who didn't find the cause of the fault with my dishwasher. I then engaged the services of Domestica who were reliable, found the root of the problem and sourced me a replacement dishwasher which they price matched to John Lewis and I'm very happy with.

Available next day to assess the problem with our oven. Ordered part and had a working oven within 8 days (slight delay due to us being unavailable earlier). Very communicative! Would recommend!!

Domestica went out of their way to hunt down the correct part needed to repair our dishwasher that did not have an obvious model identifier. Excellent service.

We used Domestica to fix our oven and then following that our tumble dryer. The service was second to none. They were both efficient and friendly.
