Went there with a group of friends, was told to pay about £10 each but they wanted it all on one card. After sorting the money into one account the man at the till had a sudden change of heart and decided to double the price of the room from £115 to £300 for the hour! Eventually sorted it out and paid what we were originally told. Lots of people behind the bar who didn’t even work there when we were trying to resolve the issue. They closed the place 2 hours early, and when we were told 10 minutes left the security waited at our door until we left. Very unprofessional experience will definitely not be back
This the best Karoke spot. The staff and the vibes are unmatched. If you want to have a good time out with ya friends or partner it’s a deffo good spot no cap.
No acknowledgement when we went in. A guy sitting at a computer could barely be bothered! We walked out. Sorry, it could have been good, but will never know!
Really poor experience - walk in with no welcome from Daniel (if that is his name) - we decided to walk out rather than stay due to him. FYI Amex signs everywhere but machine says no - quote 'you can leave if you prefer'.
10/10 experience every time I come, bar staff are amazing. Everyone is genuinely very friendly and accommodating. Recommend 100%
Waiting staff were very nice, and kept the cocktails flowing! Music choice good. We chose a small room which was perfect for 4. However the manager was extremely rude.
The service from Kevin was some of the best I've ever come across. Hope to be served by her next time. Very attentive and informative!! Great atmosphere and service- would highly recommend
