Despite arriving 15 minutes early, we were not seen until 50 minutes past our appointment time. To make matters worse, the dentist had a loud ringtone and answered a personal call as we entered the room, she also was still looking at another patients files and discussing it with another doctor when we entered the room, which felt extremely unprofessional.The reception staff were equally disappointing—unhelpful and seemingly untrained, adding to an overall frustrating experience. I would not recommend this practice unless significant improvements are made to their professionalism organisation, and time management. Timings and appointments however definitely need improvement. Going to the dentist can often be anxiety inducing, however, my son always feel calm and relaxed due to the care of Sareeka and her nurse. Temporary crowns looked good but there was room for improvement. Charlie took my comments and worked with the lab to create crowns that were 100% perfect.
