Have been going to Nilima for over 15 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any beauty treatments. I get my eyebrows shaped and tinted, eyelashes tinted and a lash lift. I’ve had massages, and I have all my waxing done there too. Nilima is professional, knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does. Her attention to detail is second to none. I got my lash extensions done, the natural version. Preet did a great job enhancing the lashes without being too clustered and was very careful and precise & made sure I was okay throughout. It didn’t hurt too much but just remember to do a patch test before if you are new (you’ll to do it anyways). The whole team was amazing and really friendly, also fast response with messages and calls.

I discovered this salon after recently moving to the area almost a year ago and I wouldn’t dream of ever going anywhere else. I regularly visit for all types of treatments waxing, hair cuts/colour, nails, pedicure, massages and so much more! They even advised me to switch from my usual acrylics to biab and I’ve never looked back!

The staff is amazing and very friendly. Salon is extremely clean, always unlimited teas and coffees when I spend the day there getting everything done.

I am very happy with the haircut I got here. Kalpana & Ambreen make you feel at home. I should say about Ambreen, who cut my hair. She treated me very well. I was a bit skeptical when I went there, about how my haircut would turn out. But Ambreen did a fab job. I loved it! She listened to my tiniest concerns and attended to it. She is patient & spends an ample amount of time on your appointment. I loved the customer service of both, Kalpana & Ambreen.
I have had haircuts in many places in Brum. But comparing all those experiences, for a customer satisfaction I would definitely suggest this place for a haircut!

I wasn’t paying more money, to fix it. So decided to go somewhere else. For them to try and correct it. Little sad really. The staff however are very nice and polite. It looked okay, but bits were still patchy and yellow looking, lady was strapped for time. As very busy.

Went for a hollywood wax, Dee (i believe) was lovely, very welcoming and polite however the wax was unfortunately not very good. I was left with small abrasions that caused me pain for the few days after that which is something i have never experienced before despite years of waxing with different therapists. A waxer should not wax the skin to the point that the skin is sore for days, i would not recommend for waxing however i have been to kings heath branch and seen rupinda and had good waxes with no soreness whilst still getting rid of all the hair and takes much less time in and out in 15.

Jyoti was so nice and friendly she made me feel very comfortable during my full body wax. Really happy with the results definitely coming back!

I had an appointment booked for today to shape and tint my eyebrows . I got my eyebrows tinted but never shaped . It was the most disappointing service I’ve ever had done on my face . There was e couple of options on their website including threading , waxing , tinting , shaping and lamination. However the lady that was providing the service didn’t seem to understand the difference between removing some hairs and actually shaping the eyebrows .It might have been my fault for not asking at the beginning what the procedure would be. No measurements whatsoever were done (which is the BASE of SHAPING) . I was very confused throughout the whole process cause non of the steps were followed to properly shape the eyebrows and try to make them look as similar as possible to each other. All that was done was to clean the random hairs which I could’ve obviously done myself . I know my eyebrows are not even but this today was absolutely a waste of time and money . I can’t even work with the a pencil now and everyone who saw me today kept telling me that they look horrible. Since when I was in the salon I felt like they looked bad but I blamed it on the tint . After washing my face I realised that it was just the eyebrows which were very badly “shaped”. They don’t even have the same length .
And the last thing is that I was very surprised to see that they didn’t use some moisturising cream to help the skin heal which I got everywhere else . I’m still in pain (which is probably normal). Long story short this salon might be good in doing some basic waxing but nothing extra that requires loads of professional knowledge on this field . Very unhappy and definitely not returning! (Giving 2 stars because the lady was friendly and accommodating).

I have done a Hollywood waxing at this salon at Casey and I want to say I was utterly shocked by how bad the treatment was. Firstly if I pay for a Hollywood Hot wax I expect Hollywood to be used(even for the cleaning after), instead I got more than half done with the strip wax. I asked if there is a reason why and was told it’s because it’s a sensitive area and the wax is too hot. She also said it’s impossible to make the wax less hot because that’s how it’s supposed to be. I also want to say that I can understand information communicated in less patronising manner especially when I have done this treatment and I had the possibility to select the temperature of my wax, so it’s not burning my sensitive areas. The strip wax damaged my skin and especially after her continuously dabbing motions in my very sensitive areas which I flagged to her, but it didn’t matter because that’s the procedure in her words. And on top of all this not even all the hair was removed. Very disappointed form the service to the attitude and the results. Don’t go to them if you want ta gentle and sensitive approach for intimate waxing.

Lashes fell out after 2 days. All of my left eye was gone and a few left on my right after one week. They won’t redo them and want to charge me for an infill. One week layer I have none left at all. An infill of what? There are no lashes left. The brow lamination also looked ridiculous, I asked for natural and I had strong really dark block brows. Fine if that’s the look you like but I asked for NATURAL. She also left the tint stain in my brows so I had red-brown stains and smears all around my eyebrows which didn’t fade for a few days.

Unprofessional and the worst experience ever in eyelash salons!
Ive been to eyelash salons in few countries for about 10 years but it was the worst experience ever in eyelash salons.
I have booked an appointment at 2pm but she has asked me to change the time to 2:30pm in the morning which was ok but after arriving there at 2:30 treatment beds were occupied and she asked me to wait. I’ve been waiting at least 30mins for sure. The lady has her eyelashes done but they wanted to take pictures so they let her lay down on the treatment bed with her shoes on which was disgusting as I knew they didn’t change the blanket for every cliant. Finally she asked to me to go to a toilet to remove my old eyelash extensions and i was left in a toilet with my eyes closed for 10mins after putting a remover and then asked me to wash them out in the toilet sink by myself(removed them by myself but still paid £10). Before treatment started, i said to her i wanted to do “wispy hybrid” as i liked the design but i didn’t want too much of eyelashes so i asked less volume. But in the end somehow she changed the design without asking me and the eyelashes I’ve done was “hybrid lashes” which is a different design and a lot less volume. Also they kept talking without face masks on and there was one time she spit on me unconsciously which was absolutely disgusting.
I have been to this salon twice by a different lady’s treatment and i was quite happy with the results and experiences so I’m sad this has happened but i don’t feeling like going there anymore after this experience. Being friendly is nice but unfortunately being professional should be a top priority.

Had a great experience. Nav spent some time to understand my style and she went out of her way to make sure the eyebrow shape matched my face and brought out the best of my features. She showed me how to deal with some patchiness and took the time to offer alternatives. The included head and shoulder massage was fantastic and rounded out the experience beautifully.
