I visited today and, as always, was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles from the manager Jeanette and receptionist. Today I was treated by a new clinician called Bushra. She was calm, professional, and not overly chatty, which helped me relax during the session. I was especially impressed with how thorough she was — she paid close attention to detail and didn’t rush through any part of the treatment. Her technique was meticulous and consistent, checking areas carefully and ensuring complete coverage. She explained what she was doing when needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout. It’s clear she’s experienced and takes pride in her work. I felt very well looked after and completely at ease in her care. Looking forward to coming back — thank you again!

I've been with both with Bushra for full body laser and Jennette for Electrolysis. They've both helped me especially deal with quite a bit of anxiety easing me into both appointments. They are amazing at what they do, if your worried, come to them, they'll look after you 🙂

Been going to Skinspace Birmingham for electrolysis and Jeanette has done an amazing job ❤️ She is knowledgeable, fast and super welcoming to the lgbtq and transgender community. I got 10 sessions with them for underarm hair removal and it did literally nothing. I'm not that hairy or blonde so by 10 session I should have complete results. I had two people, one of which my sessions were pretty painful but I'd see results, the other I felt nothing and it did literally nothing. I tried to tell them but they kept saying it was just my pain tolerance changing. Don't waste your money here.

Janette has been doing my laser hair removal for a few weeks and she's always been welcoming and friendly every single time. She makes me feel so comfortable and I have never had an issue with my treatments. Although the new lady on the front desk is a bit overexcited, otherwise my experience has been really positive.

So when I went with my friend I ask on how much of the area could you do in 45 minutes and how fast the techniques are and they blatantly lied to my face, I went to my first session today after having my doubts at the consultation, not only did she shock me when she only did a small patch, never have i seen someone change a needle 2 times and i had 16 sessions done at another place, i could grab the hairs with my fingers but she said they weren't lond enough to grab them with tweezers, what??? I never seen anyone so clueless at their job, this will be the first and last time I go there

I found a wowcher deal for polynucleotides and i phone this clinic to ask if the wowcher deal applies to them. They were very persistant in taking my payment and giving me a call back to take payment. Now that i want to cancel the appointment and want a refund they have refused and told me to email them - their mailbox takes 28 days to respond. Their customer service after taking payment has gone completely downhill. Would not recommend!!! They told me it wojld be easier to book through them rather than wowcher but wowcher guartees a 14 day refund policy. Not once did they mention whilst taking payment this is non refundable
