I booked a full face laser package and had my first session today. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Although I chose an afternoon slot to avoid the rush, the session still felt rushed and lasted only a few minutes. On top of that, not all areas of my face were properly covered, despite having paid for a full face treatment. I pointed this out both to the therapist and at the reception. I truly hope future sessions are more thorough and not as rushed, covering the entire face as agreed.

Had my consultation today and have to say I was pleased with it. Arrived to a friendly greeting, and everyone so helpful. Had my consultation with Jag. We spoke for a little while about what I wanted but got straight down to it. Being ginger the laser wasn’t going to work for me, Jag was so apologic, and helped me with some ideas of how to reduce the hair, to which I was very thankful for. It also meant I didnt spend a load of money on something that wouldn’t of worked! Its shame really but I have already recommended this place 3 times today alone since leaving the appointment. And if the tech does advance to be able to pick up on ginger hair I will be straight back! Thanks to everyone there but an massive big up to Jag

I met with Dominique for my 10th session, she was so lovely and gave great advice on aftercare and how to top up my laser treatments. She was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel so comfortable.

I’ve been coming here regularly for facial waxing and have always paid £10. On my recent visit on 2nd August 2025, I was surprised to be charged £17 — a significant increase with no prior notice. When I enquired, I was simply told “things have gone up,” but no clear explanation or justification was given for the sudden jump. I understand that prices may change over time, but a 70% increase without communication feels unreasonable. Transparency with customers would be appreciated.

I’ve been going to Rupinder for my waxing for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else! She is so good at what she does — fast, efficient, and always makes me feel comfortable. She’s incredibly kind and sweet, and has such a calming energy that puts you at ease right away. Her technique is amazing, and the results are always perfect. If you’re looking for someone who’s both professional and genuinely lovely, Rupinder is the one!

Went to get a full body wax and the experience wasn’t great. It’s only when I got home I noticed I still had hair on my body in different areas, I was charged £90 for a job that wasn’t done properly. I also have marks from the harsh wax due to dry skin and the lady constantly burn me with hot wax I keep telling her but she wouldn’t listen. Due to getting burn over and over I keep moving because of the pain I end up getting was on my fingers. Terrible experience and won’t be going back.

Unfortunately I have left this place at least three times unhappy with my hair removal. This time I went back in because they had missed patches of hair & asked them to remove it again. They didn’t apologize or seem bothered all the staff just look at you when you complain. This time I have also been left with cuts around both my eyebrows, in between my brows & my upper lip. when I mentioned it I was told that a little Vaseline will fix it. feeling very disappointed won’t be back.

The worst experience ever. Charged £170 for the balayage and all I got was terrible blonde highlights.

This clinic is good for waxing but certainly not for any hair treatment. Total waste of money!

I come everytime here for my microneedling i took my 3 session today is my 4th one but they didn’t give me service bcz staff is not good mainly reception girl she did same thing last time today i took special off from my work and came from far when i reached she said u are late but i was on time my appointment was on 12 i was there at 12.03 amd i asked for periovus girl who did my facial last time they said she is not today then i said ok do another one but she said feel like jalous she gave excuse no your are late but when i came she was inside she came outside after 10 mints and said i will not do your facial . I regularly visit Hair & Skin Clinic for various treatments, and my most recent experience was with Dr Sahar Khan for both a hydrafacial and microneedling for myself and my mum. Dr Sahar’s service was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain each treatment and tailored everything to our individual needs. We were both extremely impressed and will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

I have had 4 laser sessions because i paid the package but the service, level of skills and clinical expertise is ridiculous

They rush the appointments and advertise it to be a different laser machine to what you get when you go in. I was told it was YAG before booking and it was IPL

The 4 laser sessions have had minimal impact to my hair growth – I understand you need 8 appointments but I should have seen a minimum of 10-20% reduction which i did not.

I had different practitioners each time and only 2 were good. The first lady and aqsa were good. One of the therapist rushed the appointment and the 2nd had earbuds in watching series on her phone whilst doing the therapy- this level of care for a ‘aesthetic’ place is not on. One of the therapists refused to do my back laser though I had paid for it. They do not make you feel comfortable and it is not a friendly service. With laser we should be given protective eye wear i was not given the eyewear on 2 occasions of my treatment. Staff did not wear eye wear which shows how weak their laser probably is

I will NEVER be attending again.

Today I was treated by a new clinician called Bushra. She was calm, professional, and not overly chatty, which helped me relax during the session. I was especially impressed with how thorough she was — she paid close attention to detail and didn’t rush through any part of the treatment.

Her technique was meticulous and consistent, checking areas carefully and ensuring complete coverage. She explained what she was doing when needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout. It’s clear she’s experienced and takes pride in her work.

I’ve been with both with Bushra for full body laser and Jennette for Electrolysis. They’ve both helped me especially deal with quite a bit of anxiety easing me into both appointments.

They are amazing at what they do, if your worried, come to them, they’ll look after you 🙂

Been going to Skinspace Birmingham for electrolysis and Jeanette has done an amazing job ❤️ She is knowledgeable, fast and super welcoming to the lgbtq and transgender community. They also do laser hair removal, tattoo removal and lots of other hi tech treatments. 10 out of 10 and I’ll be back for a top up soon, thanks.

I got 10 sessions with them for underarm hair removal and it did literally nothing. I’m not that hairy or blonde so by 10 session I should have complete results. I had two people, one of which my sessions were pretty painful but I’d see results, the other I felt nothing and it did literally nothing. I tried to tell them but they kept saying it was just my pain tolerance changing. Don’t waste your money here.

Janette has been doing my laser hair removal for a few weeks and she’s always been welcoming and friendly every single time. She makes me feel so comfortable and I have never had an issue with my treatments. Although the new lady on the front desk is a bit overexcited, otherwise my experience has been really positive.

So when I went with my friend I ask on how much of the area could you do in 45 minutes and how fast the techniques are and they blatantly lied to my face, I went to my first session today after having my doubts at the consultation, not only did she shock me when she only did a small patch, never have i seen someone change a needle 2 times and i had 16 sessions done at another place, i could grab the hairs with my fingers but she said they weren’t lond enough to grab them with tweezers, what??? I never seen anyone so clueless at their job, this will be the first and last time I go there

I found a wowcher deal for polynucleotides and i phone this clinic to ask if the wowcher deal applies to them. They were very persistant in taking my payment and giving me a call back to take payment. Now that i want to cancel the appointment and want a refund they have refused and told me to email them – their mailbox takes 28 days to respond. Their customer service after taking payment has gone completely downhill. Would not recommend!!! They told me it wojld be easier to book through them rather than wowcher but wowcher guartees a 14 day refund policy. Not once did they mention whilst taking payment this is non refundable

I’ve been going to Queens Laser and Skin in Yardley for laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini area, and I’m really happy with my results. Had a hot stone massage here, overall very poor experience. The room was small, and felt claustrophobic. The massage table is small, with my feet hanging over the bed!!
The lady who did the massage didn’t really massage. It was more superficial, touchy feely. There was no pressure applied during the massage, and overall no technique or skill.

The whole venue wasn’t well kept. The reception felt dirty, and upstairs also filthy.
Will be the first and last time! I couldn’t wait for the massage to be over!

I had a facial at Harborne Spa and Clinic with Kalsoom and it was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were professional and welcoming, and the treatment left my skin feeling refreshed and clean. Everything was done with such care and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a great quality facial and a truly calming experience. The products used felt so gentle yet effective, and my skin looked noticeably better right away. She also did an excellent job with blackhead removal, leaving my skin clearer and smoother than ever.

I had a facial and back exfoliation with Lydia. Would definitely go again. The spa was calm & quiet and I found Lydia’s approach gentle and tailored to suit my personality. No pushy sales here! Just science based info on beauty and understanding of different treatments. I felt very comfortable which for me is a MUST!

Paid £66 for a full body Deep Tissue Massage and additional Indian Head Massage. I was not given a proper consultation before my massage started or asked any questions at all throughout such as “how is this pressure?”. Only my legs, back and arms were massaged which does not cover the advertisement of “full body”. The Indian Head massage felt nice but was very shallow pressure. There was no appropriate place to put my clothes so I had to put them on the floor. I was not offered water or checked in with after the massage was complete. Paying so much for a treatment I would expect at least some friendly customer service but did not feel welcomed at all or put at ease. It seemed the staff just didn’t want to be there and were fed up with their jobs. Disappointing and concerning way to practice, unsure ethical guidelines were followed here 🙁

As a treat by my niece, I had the deep full body massage and foot massage given by Becky. It is one of the best massage treatments I have ever had, and, over the years, I have had a lot. Becky clearly explained the treatments to me every step of the way. After the massage I felt as if I was completely relaxed and as if I was “floating on air”. I thoroughly recommend Becky.

Totally recommend this place, Dela and Fatima are so patient, kind, doesnt rush me. Ive honestly seen some improvement after my first session. Now two sessions in ive just got a few hair regrowth on my legs left, arm pits 99% gone. Hollywood is 70% no regrowth. Im always excited to come to this clinic and cannot wait till no hair regrowth.

Very good service and reasonably priced. I’ve gone In for 1 chemical peel and 2 laser hair removal sessions and I’ve already seen results. Pigmentation has reduced and hairs have reduced in growing. Would definitely recommended this place for treatments.

Very good laser treatment would defo recommend, reasonable price and the staff are very helpful, the treatment pretty much showed me results after 3 sessions, i used to shave every 2-3 days and have very bad skin now i never need to shave and my skin is now smooth and clear.
