Been here a few times for either mine or my daughter’s bikes to get looked at. The brothers are always so welcoming and look after us. My son’s scooter wheel fell off while we were only a few feet away. Popped in to see if they could help. They sorted it there and then.
Owner is polite, friendly informative. Great after care through calls social media or f2f. Thanks to them I am enjoying my purchase and renewing my love for biking and getting fitter.
Took my bike in for repair and the service was phenomenal, 2nd to none. The guys were very knowledgeable around bikes and the prices were reasonable too. Forget the big corporation, come to these guys.

Sorted a really tricky alignment issues, torque arm issues and some gear maintenance to a very high standard for a cheap price, within 2 days of dropping my e-bike. 10/10 would recommend.
My experience of visiting Ladypool cycles has been extremely positive. Although very busy, the staff find the time to diagnose the problem and explain in detail what work is required often by WhatsApp . Sometimes they fix the problem while you wait or they ask you to leave the bike for a few days. Their charges are very reasonable and the customer service is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ladypool cycles to anyone.
