AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just had my m4 g82 cleaned here. The Car has recently had a very expensive wrap put on. I usually don’t let anyone clean my car, but saw some very expensive cars there so was convinced. I’ve just driven out of the shadows of the bullring, and the wrap is ruined. Unlike paint, wrap can not be paint corrected. I have made the stupid mistake that will cost me a lot of money. Hoping people read this so they don’t have to. I can’t even get in touch with them because the Birmingham brand doesn’t have a number and the contact page doesn’t work.
I had shattered glass in the car. I paid £300 for the machine polished, top vallet, clay bar and a ceramic coating. They did an amazing job. They even got every spec of glass off my carpets, even the sticker residue from my past car decals. No more tiny scratches either. It looks like a new car
Superb service from the team, Car waxed, polished and internal clean done. Looks amazing thank you. Booked in work overnight stay at car park, so not only was car parked securely at was professionally cleaned too. Very disappointed with the customer service here. Specifically a man called Mr Naveed. Very condescending when I told him I wasn’t happy with the service for the £100 valet. My carpets were soaking wet inside. Not sure what they cleaned my windows with, but it was so terrible I wasn’t able to drive home. I need to take it to another person now to fix the atrocious job. I was very happy to begin with in terms of the service they sold before they took my car keys, I was looking forward to a clean car ‘near to factory reset’ apparently. However, upon inspection there were smudge marks all over my car, and white speckles which he claimed was my car but it was actually the residue of whatever they left because I could rub it off. Water inside my windows, where even 6 hours later I’d put them up and down to get rid of the ‘steam’ they would come back up soaking wet. - dust on the roof - door handles black and dirty - smudge marks and finger prints everywhere - they didn’t even remove the old air freshener and replace it with a new one. I told ‘dileep’ the guy that took my car keys, that I would empty the boot out and put my random bits and bobs in a bag, he said don’t because we will do this for you & throw away what we think is rubbish and leave the important stuff in a bag. I said are you sure, he said yes of course. They will detail clean your car. I said that’s wonderful I’m looking forward to it. I come back to my boot with the rubbish in the same way I left it, and just soaking wet, the mud/dirt wasn’t even cleaned. After speaking with ‘Mr Naveed’ who wouldn’t provide me with his name at first & was very very rude about it which I managed to eventually get it from a colleague of his, I was left distraught. He mentioned that it was my fault for not being clear. No, I’m sorry he wasn’t the one that dealt with me to begin with so how would he know what I mentioned. The, when I mentioned the smudge marks annd the white he said we didn’t focus on the exterior we focused on the interior. So I mentioned the mess left on the interior, to which he responded we washed it & cleaned it but you didn’t ask for a deep clean. Which I did, I paid an additional £25 from the initial £75 required to get a beautiful clean inside too. For that type of money which I’m sure just about covers his days wage, he would be pissed off too. Admitted he offered to give me a voucher to come back another time, but I live an hour and a half away, I don’t come to Birmingham often. So I refused, I said I would like a partial refund at least as this looked like the work of a £5 hand car wash. (Pictures provided). I mentioned partial because I understand products were used and time was put in. When he did give me the money, he treated me like a beggar the way he put the cash in my hand. Took out a little bit from his pocket and counted £50 to put in my hand. He shouldn’t be so judgmental though, because you don’t know the wealth of your customers. If I received good service and it was worth £100, I would’ve probably tried to make it a regular thing & even paid more because I know it would’ve been worth it. But I now will Make sure my friends & my personal colleagues avoid this place because it’s just a waste of time & cash. I tried to give the cash he handed to me to his colleague and I mentioned he could put it in a charity box because I’m not a beg or a charity case. Absolutely pathetic behaviour & saying he would sue me because I wasn’t allowed to take a picture of him after he verbally abused & belittled me, treated me like I was a poor case just because I complained which I have every right to do. I deleted it in front him, but legally I am allowed to take pictures and videos for my own protection. This has left me traumatised and extremely annoyed! If he dealt with the situation in a more professional manner and with respect I would’ve just let it be.
Visited in the 26th July. Booked my car in for a full valet. Thought it was on the expensive side but assumed it’d be a really good - I had already given the seats a floor a really good vacuum a few days earlier but my car could do with a full wash inside and out. I was told to come back three hours. The outside looked beautiful. The inside looked clean but didn’t smell ‘clean’. If anything there was a slightly strange odour. Never the less I sprayed a bit of air freshener and went on with my day. It wasn’t until using the boot on the Monday that I realised that it had been completely missed. I have two dogs so the boot had hair in it - this looks like it hadn’t even been looked at. I can only assume that they have wiped the dashboard and then don’t nothing else inside of my car. I took pictures of the boot and have tried contacting through their website but have been ignored. Very disappointing.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. My experience with these guys has been amazing. A huge shoutout to the guy in the shirt and tie and jacket. I do apologise for not catching the name but his service has been fantastic. Car looks amazing. I highly recommend.
