Especially Lady called Pippa she is the Best she help me and my family a lot of times she is the star ⭐️. If I ever have to go back to agency work Encore personnel will be the first agency on my list as I have been working with them for a long time in different places and never had a single problem with anything. Truly one of the best agencies. Highly recommended.

Hello. I worked at the agency for exactly two weeks. I have worked in many other warehouses and I have extensive experience in this field. The things I saw inside are positive from the way it works the rating is excellent! Why? The training that was conducted was explained in detail and when I encountered difficulties in the work process immediately responded to Mr. Andy for which I thank him. Thanks also for his responsiveness and courtesy to the work process. The other thing I didn't like was that there were a lot of colleagues who didn't literally speak English. I wonder how they went through the training ?? The other thing that my friend I worked with at the same agency was in a difficult situation. His situation was that his mother could not find a job because of the language she was learning. My friend tried to find a job for his mother and the agency said they would not hire her because she did not know the language !? These motives of the agency are questionable and many colleagues disagree with the motives of the agency. I ask the agency to correct these things because in the future there will be problems of a very special type. People which are about to start in Encore personnel job, please keep an eye on your payslips. Because the agency seems that has problems with payments. The payments are on time but sometimes she is not paying the correct amount of working hours. Thanks. Because the agency will see this i beg someone from higher post to provide a brand new printer for the kind ladies in the office.

I thought I was doing a great job best driver for the agency month after month. Then the pandemic happened and they dumped me no furlough no new assignment nothing. I was on a temp to perm too. Suppose you only know people when the chips are down. We are less than nothing to these agencies. Since Chet and Charlotte left so did the humility and professional standards.
