I have been working for Eyears for a couple of years now. My consultant Sarah is the best. she is professional, very approachable, knowledgeable and understands my work needs. They always try to get me jobs close to where I live. All staff at Eyears are amazing. Communication is excellent, they send emails, text messages and confirm the shifts. They call see how you doing Overall they are great agency to work with and I would recommend to any of my family and friends. pro:flexible hours, good communication and team, summer hours con: cant contact Eyears on weekend. if you need to cancel shift

Very unprofessional interview with Lauren She extends the time just to get paid. Digging the time gap in 2002 which 20 plus years period. Ridiculous. She barely talks with hmmmm s ehhhhs . How on earth she can interview with such poor attitude. Very disgusted with the quality. She needs proper trainer or replaced. Please HR manager, check her interview recorded videos and find better candidate.

I have worked for Eyears since I finished college, this is an amazing agency to work for and would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family. All the staff are friendly, approachable and always find work around your availability. A big shout out to my personal consultants Matt and Zara who are constantly finding me work around my university course and giving me the opportunity to work in a range of early years settings, which has helped me develop my professionalism. With this agency you also get the opportunity to complete courses, such as first aid and safeguarding.

An amazing agency to work for!!! I am on my second long term placement with Eyears and have found that they are very prompt in finding work for employees. The placements are usually long term and if not, I can guarantee I wont be out of work long before a new placement is agreed. The staff are absolutely lovely and easy to talk to. Communication is excellent, they send emails, text messages and confirm the shifts. They provide courses like first aid, safeguarding which is good to keep ourself updated. Overall they are great agency to work with and I would recommend to any of my colleagues. Pros: flexible hours, good communication and team, summer hours, training. Cons: very rare last minute calls.

E years have been a godsend for me. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for work as they do provide multiple opportunities that cater to individual needs. My personal consultant Zara is absolutely amazing. She is very understanding, supportive and caring of my personal needs and Homelife. As I can imagine it is a very busy workplace but I have always felt cared for as a individual.
