I have used Red Rock as a client and a candidate. I recently worked with Oliver Smith as a candidate successfully securing a white collar position within a large well respected organisation. Red Rock and in particular Oliver, displayed a professional, personal and well informed service. I will continue to use Red Rock from a client standpoint without hesitation.

Spent 12 weeks working through red rock before being taken on permanently. From the start James Newman put himself out there for me and went above and beyond. Any queries/problems i had he sorted them that day. Even making sure everything was right when i got taken on permanently. Unlike other agencies where things get "forgotten" and passed down the line. Couldn’t recommend james and red rock enough. I wouldn’t hesitate working through red rock again if i ever needed to.

Worked for them for a few months they put me on a site where I was earning significantly less than the other labourers doing the same job, which I understood, tried to get it sorted to where I would receive an amount closer to the guys I worked with, I was strung along by Andy a good 2-3 months telling me he would try to get my money increased to no avail and then to make matters worse my weekly pay then went from being around 60£ less then the others to about 100£ less, spoke to my supervisor and found out they were paying 15£ for me and hour but they was only paying me 13 payroll taking pension deductions that was never paid to the pension company! which further reduced my weekly wage, they also refused to refund this! Till this day so about 100£ of my money that I worked for that I will never get, stringing me along promising call backs they also claimed my tax code changed twice in one month .refused to pay me through Utr/cis then had the cheek to ask me about finding another job for me after I left after months of limbo, I now work with a better agency that pay me through Utr making more in 4 days then I did with them for 5.
