Outstanding service from Charlie. We came in looking primarily for advice regarding booking our honeymoon for May next year and didn’t expect to have booked a 14day trip to the Seychelles two days later! Charlie is the most genuine, reliable and trustworthy travel agent Ive ever spoken to. At no point did we feel like she just wanted to sell us a holiday. The whole process was really straight forward with pretty much everything being done for us and we are so excited now!

Me and my fiancé had a walk-in appointment primarily just to get some advice for our honeymoon. Charlie was the most patient, genuine and understanding travel agent we could’ve asked for. She understood our needs, wants and tastes and showed us packages/locations tailored perfectly for us. She removed a lot of our doubts and guess work and thanks to her, went from merely looking for advice to deciding that we will in fact be booking our dream honeymoon through trail finder’s. Excellent service.

Great place to plan your big trip. Staff have very good knowledge about a range of places. Just wish you were able to book a slot with a specific member of staff. We have been in 3 times and had to use 3 different members of staff, not helpful. We find a young lady named Heather to be very good with a great knowledge of New Zealand.

I love Trailfinders which is why I return to them time after time. On this occasion it was to book us some extra days for sightseeing built around an already booked river cruise. They excelled on finding us flights and accommodation at a really good price, adding advice and guidance where they could. Daniel is to be commended for his customer care. My travel companion from Australia was well impressed by the travel plan he devised for us.
