I recently booked a holiday through Robyn and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more! From start to finish, she made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She really listened to what I was looking for and came back with the perfect options that suited my budget and travel dates. Robyn was always quick to respond, super helpful with all my questions, and her attention to detail meant everything was spot on. Firstly I’d like to thank Michelle from the new street branch, 10/10 customer service, she exhausted all destinations, prices, dates, hotels and even gave us a look at her personal trips which was a touch of absolute magic. Over the past few weeks I have enquired about a Disneyland Paris trip, Michelle in this store has been unbelievably helpful. I went in with some ideas and came away with so many notes on my printout to help me sort something out. Very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely recommend.

I always use the store in Birmingham town centre and only one person I trust with my bookings that Michelle Mc she is amazing so friendly polite and always goes out her way to find best deal for me. Not only this she understands I have a little boy and tailors my holiday to what i require. She is so good only use her for about last 5 years she is a credit to you guys

Fantastic service from Samantha. We were booking a cruise and needed lots of information and help to reserve the correct cabins and information on drinks package etc. Samantha was happy to spend the time needed to do all of this with us. We came away extremely happy and excited for our cruise.
