I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the handling of a recent case, which concluded with a settlement of $5,000 after six years of litigation. The protracted nature of the proceedings, coupled with the ultimate settlement amount, is deeply concerning. Initially, the firm projected potential court costs reaching into the thousands of dollars. However, despite the severity of the injuries, requiring shoulder surgery, the final offer from the opposing party was only $8,000 – an amount that seems insufficient given the circumstances. The lack of proactive engagement and ultimately, the underwhelming settlement, leads me to believe that the firm’s representation fell significantly short of acceptable standards. I believe a more assertive legal strategy could have yielded a considerably more favorable outcome. For future legal matters, I plan to seek representation from Pond Lehocky in Alabama.

Typical big lawyer experience, have been given several dates to finalize case and none have been met. They are now just ignoring my calls. I recommend going with a smaller law firm if you do not want to be treated like a number! Just hopes this helps someone. There lies put me in a bind.

I haven’t personally needed their legal help, but I do know the marketing guy — and wow, he’s dedicated. Always working behind the scenes to polish the firm’s image and boost the reviews. That kind of commitment is worth recognizing, but let’s be honest: if a place truly earned 5 stars across the board, his job would be a lot easier. So here’s a solid three — one for the firm, one for the marketing effort, and one because I’m feeling generous. Keep up the hard work, buddy!

I went back with this firm because I had decent results with 2 cases… This third time I used them has been trash… had to initiate any interaction… had to get paperwork myself, although they charge for all this in thier settlement fee!!! Tried to have me take a low paying settlement.. in which I refused… And when it was time for the check… I was told the accounting department was backed up… so you got to wait forever to receive a check… Never using them again after this horrible experience!!!

So far⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So good Until otherwise I know everything takes time and I know I'm not the Only Client that they Have, And they actually rate #2 After Morgan &Morgan. I really Pray things work out Because I'll Never be the same it went from bad to Worse. So I'm just being Patient. Whoever that was that said they Keep You informed, You're Blessed. Because I have to call or Text. However they do get back to me. And let me know what's going on. This has to be the worst firm ever.. I’ve been trying to contact my attorney for more than a month and each receptionist that answers makes up lies and apologizes and see if they’re gonna escalate it and nothing is ever done. I asked everyone to run as fast as you can to one of the Small firms, I’ve experienced escalation after escalation emails and calls to my attorney and still as of yet no return call from my attorney nor his team. His reception is ghetto and very Hood. I’m an African-American myself and most of the people that answer this phone Seems to be Fresh out of jail.
