Had my private plates made & fitted by lookers a few weeks ago, arranged by the sales manager Jamie - very professional and absolutely lovely! Jess and Sabeena on the service desk were also very lovely and got my plates fitted very quickly once I had arrived. The hub in general is very well presented and looked after; I honestly would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could, highly recommend using them!

I recently purchased a vehicle and, although there were some unexpected issues shortly after delivery, the team handled the situation with professionalism and fairness. A special thank you to Chris, who was outstanding throughout — always responsive, helpful, and supportive. I’d also like to mention Gareth, the branch manager, whose involvement helped bring the matter to a positive resolution. In the end, the dealership agreed to cover the costs of the faults identified by Audi, which was a huge relief and greatly appreciated. I’m truly grateful for the way the team worked to resolve everything and ensure I was ultimately satisfied with my purchase.

Phil was great helped us find our car fast and we was driving out within 2 days thank you! *EDIT* Sold me a Car with a faulty handbrake which lookers are telling me is fine even though it rolls off my drive. I now need to get video evidence for them to fix. My key was damaged and lookers admitted the key was getting trapped in their door but they refuse to replace. ** Getting issues resolved soon, then I’ll update review again. **

Excellent service from sales executive Martin Told him what we wanted and how much we can afford. He listened carefully and matched up two cars to choose from that fit our criteria. Then he showed us finance options. A lot of complicated things happened technically in 60-90 minutes but it was seamless as Martin understood our requirements and provided the solution with consummate ease.
