I brought a car from Naz - who was super helpful, lovely and gave me a great deal! Included loads of extras in the price. I needed the car in two days time and he sorted it out for me. Highly recommend. Fantastic service.
Bought a Ford C max from Naz and his colleagues at Radley recently. The car is superb, its actually has a better specification than was shown in the original advert. In fairness it has so many features, it would be hard to list them all. It was for our daughter who is absolutely delighted with it. The service we received was outstanding, friendly, attentive, not pushy and happy to work with us to get the right car. I would recommend them highly. I even received a quick phone from Naz a couple of days we picked the car up to check how it was going and to assure us he would be happy to deal with any problems or issues we may have in the future. Outstanding.

Unprofessional and unfair. I had reserved a car with them via Autotrader, for a fee. When I came from another city to see the car, they demanded another fee of 200 pounds to keep the car reserved. They had no right to do it, but I was under pressure and agreed. Then I decided not to buy the car, and despite several reminders they never paid those 200 pounds back (they texted me suggesting they would, but didn't). It's been three months now and no more contact from the company. UPDATE: After I posted this review, they called me and demanded that I take it off before they pay the money back. Bordering on criminal, IMHO. In their response below, they're lying even further. Nothing such as they claim was ever explained to me. Quite the contrary - when I asked if the deposit was refundable, they said yes. Avoid at all cost!
Bought an extremely low mileage 2018 Nissan Juke from Radley Motor Company. Communication was friendly and polite. Very happy with the condition of the car in general. It would be the perfect car, if the AC didn't give me warm breeze an hour after I collected it. — Follow up on the AC The AC was cool in the morning test drive obviously as it was stored indoor, it turned warm that very afternoon. After I further brought it to a local garage, i was told there's a major leak / malfunction, which eventually cost my quite a lot. I just wished I had better luck and perhaps the mechanics can find out the AC problem before they put it on the market.

One star is more than they deserve! AVOID !! Purchased a vehicle in January 2025. With a week there was an oil leak that I had to get fixed. This week oil light flashed on and off immediately took it to my local garage less than 5 minutes away who looked at it and found that the wet dry belt had been replaced but damage had already been done to engine before replaced, it now needs an engine replacement, called them several times all they are saying is that my mechanic is wrong and pointing out to me that I have had the car for 6 months! Never mind that it cost 6500!
