When things didn't quite work out with the first car I was hoping to secure (it didn't pass their final checks), they communicated this clearly and helped me to find another. If anything, it just showed their integrity and the pride they take in what they do. Any questions/queries I've had since buying the car, the team at Smallbone have been happy to help with (even outside of the warranty, which is very kind). Thank you so much!! Five stars do not do this garage justice. Firstly, my youngest daughter purchased her first car from them and the after sales support has been second to none. So much so that my family have since purchased another vehicle (again fabulous) from them. Looking at their reviews this is very much the norm. Right from first enquiry, test drive, finance agreement approval to collection of vehicle the service was excellent. No intrusive hard sell, just helpful and supportive advice on making your purchase. Matthew was great throughout. Really enjoying my car from Smallbone, despite being 7 years old it drives and smells like new.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my 2012 Vauxhall Corsa, which I was also able to test drive beforehand. The car was in pristine condition, came with a new MOT, full service and 3 months warranty. I've had the car a few weeks now and there have been no issues after driving over 500 miles. I was mainly served by Martin, along with Vincent — both of whom were genuinely really nice, patient guys. They knew the answers to all my questions, and were able to accomodate my requests. It was a real pleasure doing business with you!
