I have been a loyal customer to Dacia for 9 years. I went in to the sales centre and spoke with Kam who helped me make the best decision on model for my family. He was so helpful with getting me the best deal. I had a small issue with my current car that needed sorting begore the change over and the sales manager James dealt with it efficiently and both staff members took all my worries away. They really appreciate the importance customer relations.
