I recently had an MOT failure due to worn tyres, and the garage carrying out the test quoted an extortionate amount for replacements. Most importantly, they gave me an honest, fair price for the tyres, which was considerably cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and I left feeling completely confident in the quality of the service. Excellent service. I was working locally this side on town when I noticed at lunchtime that I had a flat. Direct Tyres was only a short drive away. Zed & his team sorted me out in no time with a brand new tyre at a very reasonable price all within my lunch break. Top service & a really nice & interesting guy. TPMS Sensor replacement + programming Spoke to Zed a couple of times on the phone beforehand — great rapport both times. When I came in, he remembered me, knew what the job was, and even what appointment I just came from. He got straight to work, sorted the sensor, checked all the others, and made sure everything was programmed correctly in the car system. What stood out was how respectful and down-to-earth he was. Gave me honest advice about the condition of my tyres, but didn’t push for a sale. Just clear, helpful, and straight with me the whole time. And he was quicker than I planned for, which was a nice win! Would definitely come back if I need anything else. Thank you!

Absolute 5* top service from Zed and his team. Having driven 2hrs to Birmingham to collect a car for my son we found after driving 10 minutes down the road a warning light came up for low tyre pressure. We stopped at a garage to top up with air during which time a better inspection of the tyres made us a little wary of a couple of them. We had planned to renew these at our local store when we returned however with safety in mind and a long drive ahead we googled and come across Direct Auto Tyres. On the phone Zed confirmed they could help with the sizes needed with competitive prices offered and a welcome message they could fit us straight in. At the garage Zeds team quickly checked all tyres and as thought pointed out the defects we had seen on two of the tyres with a recommendation they were changed. At this point knowing my son would be driving this car I had decided I was going to change all four, the other two were mixed brands and seemed to be wearing on the edges. Zed advised of our options and gave recommendations on a different size that could fit the alloy, this size slightly wider which would provide a better ride and better protection against the dreaded pot holes - next the price for four new tyres which I originally thought he must just be quoting for two!!! So a quick yes please and his team set to work. Next problem where is the locking wheel nut, we searched everywhere, rang the garage we had purchased the car from and they could offer little help. It should be in the car but it’s not there so they asked us to return to them and they would search for it. We already had a long drive home, were running late and knew it was nowhere in the car. A quick question to Zed, can you somehow help to which he obliged. For the next 45 mins we sat in Zed’s office chatting between us about a shared passion, football! Before we knew it four new tyres fitted, new bolts provided to replace the locking nuts and a link sent to my phone for a replacement set to order. So our first time using Direct Auto Tyres and we felt we were receiving specialist treatment because we had been using Zed and his team for the past 10 years. Just so happens this is how Zed makes you feel, everyone treated like kings, it’s so nice to come across a company that truly cares about everyone they serve. So thank you Zed to you and your team, you made a stressful situation disappear. PS the tyre recommendation was spot on, the ride home was a joy. Finally a few hours later Zed rang just to check we got home safe and how did the tyres fair. A top top bloke just goes the extra miles. Thanks again Zed to you and your team.

The first thing I did was to send a message , the response was pronto, the tone was so friendly . There was no way I was gonna look anywhere else . I arrived at the place and a hearty greeting , they checked my tyre and sorted me in record time . The price is good , the guys are professionals . This is the place to go . 20 stars to these guys .
