Turkish Barbers Club Mailbox

Went in Friday for a haircut and beard trim. The guy clearly did not know what he was doing. I wanted the sides shaved. They are not level chunks were not even cut. I have had to shave parts off at home. Asked for a trim on my beard as I was growing it and he shaved too much off. I have been using this place for years and not had a issue. This is the worst hair cut I have ever had. Tried to use the website to complain and it sends you to dodgy sites. I will be in Monday to ask for a refund.

I blame myself for going three times, and each time being dissatisfied but I like to give the benefit of the doubt. But the third time was the last straw. Showed a very explicit photo of my hair style and what I wanted (my literally hair so nothing to do with different hair types), asked for no blend or fade, undercut only. Follow the line that was already there, leave the back. Proceeded to cut all the back off, and fade in the hair, to where I had to stop and again show the photo and say, this is what I want, a clear line between the top half and bottom. So he said that is a 0.5mm which it wouldn't have been if cut properly the first time. Only found out he cut all the back off when I asked to look at the back before the end. Proceeded to charge me a higher cost due to having a fade/0.5mm which I didn't even ask for. Barber was huffing and puffing. I am not a tricky person, I show a picture, ask for that, should be simple. The barber finished by saying, "but this is better". I don't care, I want the style I want. Turkish barbers are amazing, never had a bad haircut anywhere else. But this place, Third time wasn't the charm. Neither was the first or second.

Had my first trim with Sham few months back, and I haven’t got my haircut done else where, does exactly what you want, doesn’t deny, gives honest feedback then proceeds to kill it. By far I have gotten 3-4 haircuts from Sham itself, and highly recommend this Branch. Love it!
