I was a bit apprehensive about if it actually works but Punita was the most reassuring person ever and left the decision up to me. Honestly I love my monthly sessions - well 6-8weeks (cause it does work!) - not only do you get hair removal, you get free skin care advice, Punita pops spots for you, a free face massage and even a little bit of therapy! I was definitely nervous but Punita makes you feel so comfortable and you just know each session is catered to the individual so highly recommend! x

She was very honest with her advice and actually delayed my treatment based on my circumstances rather than getting me to start the treatment asap to gain business which I really appreciated as many other clinics would just want business straight away rather than what Punita did which was essentially turning business away.
