I've been visiting Charlie's salon for many years, and l've always been happy with the service, but this was my first time trying balayage highlights. I'm so glad I did! Even with a tight schedule, Charlie managed to fit me in and spent the time to make sure everything was perfect. The entire process took about 5 hours, but Charlie's patience and care made it feel like no time at all. He really listened to what I wanted and the results are absolutely gorgeous! I'm thrilled with my new look and I highly recommend Charlie's salon to anyone looking for top-notch service in a friendly and caring environment. Thanks again, Charlie!

Visited Charlie’s salon for the first time today through friends’ recommendations, and I’m so glad I did. The service from beginning to end was warm, professional and friendly, and the salon was pleasant, clean, and had plenty of natural sunlight - perfect for seeing my new hair colour! I had a cut and colour, both of which I am absolutely thrilled with. Charlie made a great suggestion - something different to what I asked for, but I’m glad I listened to him because it turned out much better than I expected. Went here for a cut and colour top-up (highlights) with Charlie who is very professional and takes a lot of care to make your hair perfect. All the staff are friendly and kind. The salon has a nice comfortable atmosphere and you feel very well looked after here. Overall, a wonderful experience!
