Jess Langridge did my hair for me (and my bridesmaid) for my wedding and she was amazing. When I met her at my hair trial, I knew we were going to get along! She was so friendly and flexible. I showed her some inspo photos and she created my bridal look just as I wanted it. On the day, she was calm, chatted away to everyone and most importantly, my hair looked amazing! I had compliments all day and I absolutely loved my photos. Thank you Jess! X x

I went into Nicky Clarke in the Mailbox yesterday feeling my hair was flat and dull especially since having a baby. Joseph suggested putting a toner on it to give my hair its vibrancy back. Such a quick and cost effective way to bring my hair back to life. I left the Salon feeling so much better and back to myself. I can't thank Joseph enough. I think the pictures speak for themselves! LOVE IT!!

I have dark brown hair, requested a cooler toned/ash brown balayage. From the beginning to the end Katie was amazing; she listened and understood the assignment, she genuinely gave me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome - and I can be quite particular/fussy! A lovely person with a beautiful personality, would definitely recommend Katie to others, and will most definitely be booking with Katie again in the near future! OMG, what can I say about Craig and the overall experience I had??? AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, SENSATIONAL, doesn't come close!! When I walked in I felt like a frumpy old woman, a mass of curly hair following chemo. It was the first time I'd been in ANY kind of a salon for at least 18 months, and I'd never been in a high end salon. I was anxious about having my hair cut, but at the same time, I desperately wanted it cut. I was quite literally in tears beforehand, and tears of joy after. Not only was the hair cut absolutely stunning, Craig is an absolute joy! I felt like I'd know him for years, more like a family member by the end of the cut and blow dry. I will DEFINITELY be back, he's not only a wonderful hair dresser, he's a fabulous human being.

I wanted to let the salon know that I might have been a little late today. They were fine with it – they didn’t mind at all, which made me feel at ease. The service was really good. The welcome was very warm. Tommy did my hair – he was absolutely amazing! He made sure the treatment was done very well. Visiting the salon was a lovely experience. My hair looks incredible – healthy, beautiful, and I’ll definitely be going back. I 100% recommend the salon.

Ryan was incredible! I was so anxious about having a dramatic change and cutting my long hair into a short style but he made me feel so comfortable. Listened, advised and did such an amazing cut. Thank you Ryan & see you soon!

Simone is FANTASTIC!! What a wonderful lady & expert hair stylist. Very happy with my results always. Simone will always do 110% and exceed any expectations I have. All the team at Nicky Clarke mailbox are lovely, it's a really warm, inviting and easy going atmosphere in there which is why I like going. And I've only every come away happy and smiling with my hair!
