I had a wonderful blow dry by Ash at Toni & Guy today! He was very gentle with my hair, and styled it perfectly. I also appreciated the helpful advice he gave for my at-home fine hair care routine. Highly recommend him! This will be always my go-to salon

Excellent service with stylist, Ash, yesterday. Really listened to what I needed changing with my hair and he was extremely courteous and caring. Fabulous bob haircut was the result! Also, lovely lady in the salon who did a great hair wash and was also very pleasant and helpful (apologies, I don’t have her name!). Will be returning soon!

I went to guy my hair cut two days ago and it was my first time ever i went with my sister and the service was excellent. The hair stylist destiny made me feel comfortable, made sure she knew what i wanted and kept asking to check and in the end i had a stunning result. Will be going here again in the future

I took my 11-year-old son to Toni & Guy for a big haircut — he’s not usually fond of getting his hair cut and had grown it to shoulder length over the past few years. Recently, he decided he wanted a change and even picked out a style himself. I chose Toni & Guy because I trusted the quality and wanted the experience to feel personal — and I wasn’t disappointed. The timing of our visit meant the salon was nice and quiet, which really helped my son feel at ease. His stylist listened carefully to the style he’d chosen and communicated directly with him throughout, making him feel included and confident. The end result is fantastic. The stylist took real care and pride in his work, and it shows. My son left feeling really happy with his new look — and even said he’s willing to come back for his next appointment, which is a big win for us!

I recently visited the salon expecting a top-tier experience, but I was disappointed. The stylist didn’t show me the back of my hair, which left me feeling disconnected from the process. The styling itself was poor and didn’t have the "wow factor" I look for, especially at a place like Toni & Guy. When my friend saw my hair, she even remarked that it looked more like a standard haircut than something special. Overall, this experience didn’t meet the high standards I associate with the brand, and I left feeling unsatisfied.
