Came in for a men's haircut after years. I had long hair that was really damaged. My stylist Chad, who also happens to be the owner, was absolutely phenomenal. Superbly skilled and knowledgeable. I was having a hard time deciding what cut I wanted, so I had him do what he thought was best, and it turned out great! I felt very comfortable during the session. It was lovely talking to him. Also gave me advice on taking proper care of my hair. Believe me when I say that you can absolutely trust this man with your hair. Never been this happy with a haircut. Highly recommend!

I had my hair done by Harriet for the first time and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. She was friendly, kind, and really made me feel heard. We began with a thorough consultation where I shared my ideas, she listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and offered helpful guidance. Harriet was incredibly gentle when washing my hair, and throughout the cut and blow-dry I felt completely at ease, in fact, I even nodded off for a bit because I felt so relaxed and safe in her capable hands! She took her time, and I never felt rushed. I absolutely loved the results and would definitely recommend a cut with Harriet. A genuinely great experience!

She was attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the process. The cut turned out even better than I expected—it suits me perfectly and feels so fresh and clean. I had an incredible experience at this salon! After a terrible eyebrow appointment, I walked in feeling pretty desperate, and they took me in right away. My stylist, was amazing! She did a fantastic job cutting my hair, taking into account my very curly texture, and still gave me a fresh, cute look without taking off too much. She even let me play around with my hair and gave me great tips. I’d give her a 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend this place!

I went to Urban Roots for a haircut, and Ashleigh was the stylist who helped me achieve the look I wanted. She also gave me a great blow dry . Lovely personality and customer service 10/10
