Myself my 9 and 5 year old went to get our nails done for holiday. They had shellac on their finger nails I had my feet done. It cost me £85 absolutely SHOCKING!!!!! they charged me £25 each for the girls I’ll add photos for u to see how tiny their nails are. 3days into our holiday they peeled off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE

Been coming here for a few years for BIAB nails, it’s a lovely nail salon, staff are really friendly and the quality of nails is really good! Never had any issues where I’ve had to go back and they do beautiful nail art. If you’re not happy with your nails they will change them so you’re happy without feeling like you’re being a pain

I’ve been using nail lounge for a couple years now and i wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love my nails and toes every single time they are always perfect and just as i asked. If you ever wasn’t happy with your nails they are happy and reassuring to change your nail to whatever your desired nails are. Missed an attention and focus just to my nails, felt more like an another number/client. Had acrilic done with colour tips, unfortunately my cuticle hasn’t been touched much, apex… lack of it and my nails looks rather flat than nicely shaped. It was too speedy for my liking, couldn’t even exactly say what and how I wanted my nails to be done. English was limited and times hard to understand what they was saying/askind. Length of my nails is hit and miss. If they give the client more attention and time we are paying for it would be a good place. I do really want to like the place and might give it a one more go, but for now 3*.
My daughter nails are ok too, could be better if allow more time and attention to the details.

Ps. Nail glue has been left on my skin.

Went today to get my BIAB nails redone. The service is always friendly and the team takes good care to make sure you get the result you desired. Would 100% recommend!

My favourite shop to go to!! Clean, fast, easy. Very talented nail artists and very kind aswell . The nails last for a very long time and they can do any design. Always have the nicest stylists. Only £40 with student discount.

Do not come here waste of money and my nails are still in pain just don’t come looks nothing like the inspo I asked for with the base being so pink and the design being thick and literally turns blue in the sun ( first pic is the inspo pic and serving pic is my nails) and my nails are still in pain from the aggression he used to file them. Oh and btw they charge £45 for this but another shop I frequently go to charge you £45 for 3D flowers and all sorts whereas they charge this much for a basic design which they can’t even get right

As a regular customer who has previously been very happy with the salon, I was disappointed with the quality of the work when I had my nails done recently, I had to go back three times because the coloured tips scraped off, and it still wasn’t right, I eventually had to get my nails redone which was not free but was charged at the infill rate, I feel they could do better on customer liaison. What a pity as I have been very happy with previous work but not sure if I would go back,

I had such a wonderful experience at Townhouse, it’s honestly the best nail salon I’ve been to. The salon itself is beautiful, so clean and aesthetic, with a real luxurious feel, and every member of staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable.

For my manicure, Shiva was amazing. She asked me at every step if I was happy with how things were looking, fixed a broken nail seamlessly, and her attention to detail was unmatched, it’s genuinely the best manicure I’ve ever had.

For my pedicure, Saba did a fantastic job as well. She was just as attentive and made the whole experience really relaxing.

I also love that they offer a 7-day flawless finish guarantee, I had a small chip and when I went back, they fixed it without any hassle, which just shows how much they stand by their service.

I had THE BEST customer service experience today whilst having my first ever wet pedicure with gel AND chrome finish! I feel so bad that I didn’t get the name of who transformed my feet from grim to princess feeling, but I genuinely cannot thank her enough for being so genuinely kind and taking so much pride in her work!! I had a luxury pedicure with Louise and luxury manicure with gel extensions and nail art with Shiva. Both were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. Louise made me feel at ease straight away as it was my first visit to the store. The whole experience was really relaxing and Louise did an exceptional job on my nails.

Shiva has a calming nature. She really listened to what I wanted and checked at every stage that I was happy with the progress. She paid meticulous attention to detail and the results are phenomenal! It looks even better than the photos on the website. I can’t thank her enough to get me all set for my sister’s wedding.

Townhouse salon is a wonderful experience to get your nails done. From the check in and right through the service, everything was lovely. Louise and Sangeeta were very welcoming and friendly and did a fantastic job of my nails and my mums nails too. I will definitely be back.

I had San and Chrissie today, San for my toes and Chrissie for my hands. Thank you both so much. Chrissie helped pick the best colours for my hands and feet, and they look gorgeous they both did a fab job. Shout out San for a lovely foot massage too, it was super relaxing. All the girls are super friendly and the salon was uber clean and tidy. 10/10 recommend.

I only discovered this nail salon today & I am so glad I did. This is definitely my new go to!

I rang the salon to pre book an appointment for removal of acrylic set & a new acrylic set. I arrived and was greeted warmly by all the staff. I did not have to wait, I was offered a hot/cold drink and even a lolly pop! During my removal the gentleman nail tech discussed pedicure services with me, which I decided to opt for with the package 2 sounding amazing.

I had the most incredible pedicure treatment, my feet are super refreshed, feeling and looking cleansed and polished. The gentleman was incredibly skilled giving the best service!

I then got a full set of acrylics applied, French tip. The lady nail tech was very good, helping me pick the right shade of colour suited best for me. She also listened to how I wanted my shape and style nail to be. Loved my set, strong, elegant and perfect!

Overall I would highly recommend this nail

This is my regular nail salon, they always do an excellent job on the most complicated designs. Any design I show them, they can always do. Very skilled with nail art, my nails always stay on for weeks and at very good prices. I highly recommend this salon especially Hana who does my nails beautifully x

I highly recommend Sparkle Nails, I won’t get my nails done anywhere else. They have me spoiled. They don’t a nail drill on acrylic
nails, it’s all done by hand with a nail file. I have seen a massive difference in my nails because of this my natural nails are so much stronger.

The team are lovely and very helpful, they have a fantastic selection of colours and glitters.

I’ve been getting my nails done from Sparkle nails for a while now and I’ve had my nails done from each of the talented ladies that work there – hands down each one is amazing but Nic’s free hand French gel polish is out of this world even on short nails! The atmosphere in the salon is lovely the staff are friendly and always listen/advise according to your needs. Would highly recommend a visit to this salon!

Before coming here I was a terrible nail biter. I have been using sparkle nails for over a year and my nails are in a fabulous condition.

Nicole (a junior) does my nails and I normally have Gel. She is brilliant, she has attention to detail, puts me at ease and encourages me to try new colours and designs.

Paul was the BEST nail tech I have ever had! Would highly recommend and I am beyond pleased with my nails! I have been able to have my acrylics soaked off and my natural nails left incredible so I could keep only my natural nails! He didn’t rush and kept my nails in amazing condition. The service was amazing. I didn’t have to wait very long when I walked in because they were all so fast. My nail tech was super friendly and was very accommodating to my wants. Overall, I highly recommend this place as my nails and toes turned out so good in such a short time spent there and for a reasonable price.

Been done a week and my acrylic nails are starting to lift and come off. This has never happened before. Probably but worst set I’ve ever had. They feel and look cheap, I wasn’t 100% happy after they were done but I will live with imperfections.

I asked for a manicure, to get my cuticles cut and all the cleanup, and then gel. Got told she wasn’t going to do the manicure and just the gel because my nails were “too short” for a manicure.
Didn’t clean up or file the nails properly before the gel. Then when doing the gel, it was streaky, she asked me if I was fine with the nails after 2 coats of the gel. I asked for another coat in hopes it would cover the streaks and patchiness. It didn’t.

Id save ur money and try another place in hopes your nails won’t be as splotchy and wonky as mine.
