I was really excited to get my nails done here as they had really good reviews however I ended up having a very disappointing experience. I paid £40 for BIAB extensions, but from the start, the gel burned like crazy. I immediately mentioned it to the technician, but unfortunately, she ignored me, which made the experience uncomfortable and concerning but I brushed it off because I don’t usually like to complain.Five days after my initial appointment, one of my nails snapped off, so I went back to the salon to have it fixed. A kind man was very helpful and fixed the nail for me, but just a week after my initial appointment, three more nails snapped off. At this point, I was really frustrated and decided to return again.When I arrived, a lovely lady offered to redo the entire set free of charge, as it was clear the nails were faulty. However, when she went to proceed, a man intervened and told me that I would have to pay for a whole new set if I wanted the nails replaced. This was incredibly frustrating, as the nails had clearly broken due to issues with the initial application, and I felt the salon should take responsibility for their mistakes.Despite the situation, the broken nails were eventually fixed, but I was told that the length I had requested was too long for BIAB extensions. This was something I wasn’t informed about beforehand, and it would have been helpful if the staff had given me this information before I made my decision and spent money on the service.In the end, I was left with shorter nails than I had originally wanted, and I felt that the whole experience was a waste of both time and money. The lack of communication, the refusal to acknowledge that the nails were faulty, and the overall poor customer service left me feeling disappointed. I would have expected more from a professional salon. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to others based on my experience.

They truly went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. I'll definitely be returning for all my future nail needs!

Booked in to have a set of acrylics done for my graduation on Monday 28th after my sister recommended this salon. I managed to book the night before with ease on their website. Upon arrival, the staff were lovely and welcoming. Nails were done with professionalism and I felt very comfortable (I haven’t had my nails done in years).

We went to get our nails (me and my daughter) and there was no queue and seen straight away. The results were just what we wanted and my daughter has looked forward to this for a while. Friendly staff and you can save stamps on your visits & accumulate for a £5 voucher!! Winner thank youPs the only thing is at the end I didn’t get this time was hand lotion or a small hand massage like my first time

I went to Kings Heath Nails after my sister recommended them and I had a great experience! They were professional, clean, and very welcoming! I love my nails they’re perfect! Definitely recommend this salon!
