I had such a wonderful experience at Townhouse, it’s honestly the best nail salon I’ve been to. The salon itself is beautiful, so clean and aesthetic, with a real luxurious feel, and every member of staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. For my manicure, Shiva was amazing. She asked me at every step if I was happy with how things were looking, fixed a broken nail seamlessly, and her attention to detail was unmatched, it’s genuinely the best manicure I’ve ever had. For my pedicure, Saba did a fantastic job as well. She was just as attentive and made the whole experience really relaxing. I also love that they offer a 7-day flawless finish guarantee, I had a small chip and when I went back, they fixed it without any hassle, which just shows how much they stand by their service. Highly recommend Townhouse if you’re looking for a luxury nail experience with amazing results and staff who truly care.

I had THE BEST customer service experience today whilst having my first ever wet pedicure with gel AND chrome finish! I feel so bad that I didn’t get the name of who transformed my feet from grim to princess feeling, but I genuinely cannot thank her enough for being so genuinely kind and taking so much pride in her work!! I had a luxury pedicure with Louise and luxury manicure with gel extensions and nail art with Shiva. Both were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. Louise made me feel at ease straight away as it was my first visit to the store. The whole experience was really relaxing and Louise did an exceptional job on my nails. Shiva has a calming nature. She really listened to what I wanted and checked at every stage that I was happy with the progress. She paid meticulous attention to detail and the results are phenomenal! It looks even better than the photos on the website. I can't thank her enough to get me all set for my sister's wedding.

Townhouse salon is a wonderful experience to get your nails done. From the check in and right through the service, everything was lovely. Louise and Sangeeta were very welcoming and friendly and did a fantastic job of my nails and my mums nails too. I will definitely be back.

I had San and Chrissie today, San for my toes and Chrissie for my hands. Thank you both so much. Chrissie helped pick the best colours for my hands and feet, and they look gorgeous they both did a fab job. Shout out San for a lovely foot massage too, it was super relaxing. All the girls are super friendly and the salon was uber clean and tidy. 10/10 recommend.

Me and my mother have now visited for our third visit. We convinced our sister to book in for the third one too!
