Such a lovely place! All the staff are so friendly and make you feel really welcome. Kai is especially amazing, always takes the time to help, gives great advice on the best products and packages, and genuinely wants you to get the most out of your sessions. It’s always spotless too. Couldn’t recommend it more!

First visiting this new tanning salon and was really impressed! Receptionist was really helpful and so friendly, the beds were really clean and the atmosphere and music was fab! Really chilled, not stuffy or too hot in anyway and the tanning beds were all new. Ended up buying a course as was impressed. Can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing tanning salon, that is always very clean. Staff are always so friendly and attentive especially Kai! Whenever I come in he is so friendly and I love having a chat whenever I pop in! If you are in Birmingham this is the best place to go for a sun bed with fast results.

Sunbeds are always clean and tidy, there’s multiple beds so there’s never a massive wait. The girls are so friendly and helpful! Wouldn’t use any other beds! Always a good range of creams available to purchase too!

Great beds..but I do think their tubes need changing..I do like here tho parking outside abd monthly charge good.

Coming into this indigo sun isn’t just popping in and out, because they make you feel like people not customers! Been going for years now and Jess really makes such an effort with us! Such a lovely person and is an asset to indigo sun! Nellys also a boss! They’re both just so lovely.

Fabulous place always spotlessly clean which is down to the staff on duty….Jess and Saran are great! they are so helpful and super friendly while being professional at the same time with their vast knowledge about the beds and creams available. Lovely staff, clean and never have to wait for beds

Kiera was lovely and she did a decent job but have got some ginger tones running through my highlights, however the price for what I actually got isn’t reasonable at all. I had my money piece retopped up and 4/5 highlights on bottom section of under hair and toner/dry for £63.00 which I think is so overpriced for what I got and especially not being fully happy with the tone of it. I rang and said I think they have over charged me and they stated that I had half a head even though Kiera said I literally had 4 strands of highlights the man on the front desk still charged me for a half head which I think is unreasonable and cheeky for the service I got. Kiera was lovely though and pleasant

I didn’t catch the name of the girl who colored my hair, but she was so lovely and gave me exactly what I wanted! Emily washed and curled my hair, and the curls lasted so long. I absolutely love my hair and had a great chat with everyone. Thanks so much, guys!

Had some me time yesterday and had my hair done at the sun lounge. I’m always looked after from the time you book in at reception with Aaron. I was seated and gowned straight away. My fabulous hairdresser Emma discussed what I wanted doing today as I’m a regular customer and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had a full head of foils with a treatment too always the best products used. Emma worked her magic as always and I left very very happy. I also tested there new intensive treatment K18 my hair feels so soft and shiny and I would definitely ask for that again as it’s meant be better than olaplex which they also use in the salon. I have either Emma or Kiera both great hairdressers. Aaron makes great tea and I also was gifted a jammy donut. They are a lovely team make me feel welcome and I love having a catch up. I would recommend and have to my friends who also have Kiera do their hair. The prices are very reasonable for the service and end result you get you wouldn’t get the same service and quality any where else. Appreciate the profession these small business work very very hard everyone needs a good hairdresser.

This is my go to salon. Claire and the team are amazing. I get spray tans every few weeks here always look good and streak free. Had lp blush with Claire due my 6 week top up can’t wait. As an NHS girl who knows nothing about nails I got BIAB for my holiday got talked through the process and came out with simple yet stunning nails

I went to this salon to get a BIAB removal, and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. The atmosphere felt a bit off, and I just didn’t feel comfortable while I was there. The technician filed my nails down way too much—now they’re super thin, almost like paper, and really damaged.

The surface of one nail was filed so far down that there’s actually a spot with no nail left, and she even went into the skin, leaving an open wound. The rest of my nails are really sore now too.

Overall, I left feeling pretty upset with how my nails turned out. Definitely not what I was expecting, and I wouldn’t go back.

I don’t know if it’s just me but I have often felt they have a racist attitude towards brown people (making them wait longer, neglecting when you’re sitting right in front of the reception).
Waxing service is alright otherwise.
Hydrsfacial n massage here is a waste of money.
Brow lamination here does not alter the appearance one bit.

Never in my life have I had such an excruciating Hollywood wax done and I’ve been having them done for over 10 years! I was left bleeding and so sore, the alleged beautician was beyond incompetent and I’m so disappointed I even went here as my usual beautician has moved. I would avoid this place at all costs, I’m sure not a single individual is qualified to carry out treatments!

I go here to get my nails done by the lovely Elicia – @thenailconnoisseur on Instagram. She is an incredible nail technician at the salon, and lovely bubbly part of the team. I love going to Aspire Tan and Beauty! Highly recommend

Beds always hot

I have been a regular user of this salon for many years. Always buying a course. Last year I put some minutes on not realising if not used they would be lost. Went today for a session and my 12 months was up. So my 42 minutes were gone. Went a couple of weeks ago nobody warned me my time was nearing the end. SO BE WARNED MAKE SURE YOU USE THEM. Would have been willing to pay for another course today if I could have kept my minutes that I had already payed for. Found the manager to be less than helpful. Obviously loyalty counts for nothing these days. I was never told of the time span and yes there are notices up but I had never noticed them.

When I booked my course I was NOT TOLD MY COURSE ONLY LASTS A YEAR . So I’ve just called to book and they said my course expired on the 12th June . Lost 42 minutes . . . When I booked the 85 minutes you should have said . . . I did say that I would only be using it when working in the area . You had the purfect time to explain . .

I was aided my your lovely staff member who made me feel comfortable from the jump. I explained that it was my first time and that my aim wasnt really to become darker but was due to some skin issues I have been having. She happened to relate which increased my confidence in her. She took her time to really explain everything, from packages to how to use the sunbed. I will admit i felt very intimidated to come in but that feeling had soon subsided and had a really relaxing and enjoyable experience & look forward to my next visit.

Great tanning shop. Did 20 mins on the mega sun 7000. Really gave a good tan. The lady on reception was welcoming and friendly, filled me in quite well on the cream options.. the tunes were banging! Even on the sunbed the bass was wicked.. 20 mins of total pleasure!
Shop was clean throughout.

Shop is very welcoming and the staff are knowledgeable I’ve been coming here for nearly a year and have never faced any sort of negative experience when I took a few month break due to an injury the ladies welcome me back with open arms and generally felt like they cared that I was gone for a period of time

Great customer service, happy and cheerful staff. Tanning beds are state of the art and always clean. Very good value for the money.

On arrival there was no staff at the front desk I could hear them talking around the side of the front to which they clearly heard the door alarm go off as I walked in but perused to stay talking i then shouted HELLO then one staff pops her head out the door and says 1 minute and took a further 5 mins she then came up to me and said we’re all fully booked without even asking me if I was one of the bookings she literally dismissed me and told me where else I could go I felt she was highly rude and disrespectful.

Music rarely works.

I attend the Consol at Swan Island Yardley. I moved there from a previous sunbed shop due to better opening hours. The lady that works there called Stacey has been very helpful always looks after her customers makes you feel welcome. Helped me learn to use the app she makes all the difference, if only all businesses had a Stacey it would be good for business for all of them we are lucky she works there and she’s a credit to your business Mac

I used to use indigo sun but the staff there are dreadful so I switched to consol lately, the girls here are lovely, make you feel really welcome & the beds are the best

Easy to use and clean BUT rather pricey. Furthermore, I had 3 x 10 min sessions in 1 week and haven’t tanned much whereas I would’ve been brown in my usual sunbed (and no, I cannot go there as it’s all the way in London). I’ll give it 2 more tries, but will probably go elsewhere.

I couldn’t recommend more, today I got cream in my eye and the ladies (brunette and blonde) were SO nice about it and helped me while being very patient as my face was burning. The sunning beds themselves are also amazing always manage to get a lush tan even after one use.

Whilst sunbeds are great, and all the staff seem lovely, i haven’t seen staff clean them once. Ive have had a rash after using one. Never had a rash from sun beds before and gradually increased time so was not heat rash. Ive used sunveds before and staff have always cleaned them after customers. I will query personaly after i next go and clean sunbed before i get on.

great sunbeds. very good lamps and prices. each bed has the function of spraying water and smell, you can connect your phone and enjoy your own music. I recommend this place !!! 🙂

The manager of the shop was politely friendly helpful and explained in detail the sunbed controls. As I am only visiting the area she took time to look for nearby restaurants. The sunbed was amazing and I will definitely be visiting a shop near home.

I love going to kwik Tan in Kings Heath, the whole process from joining and attending sessions on the sunbeds was straight forward and easy. The staff are lovely, they always greet you with a smile on the way in and are always there to answer any questions..
Sunbed cubicles are always clean and stocked with cleaning tissue rolls and spray cleaner so you can wipe down machine before use.
All in all a great experience whilst getting a lovely slow safe tan.

I go sometimes in the winter for vitamin D and an uplift. This place is great, right opposite the gym, lovely staff and last year they offered members free sessions for most of the spring.
Sometimes the music is good enough to sing along to too, much better than singing in the shower!

Staff wearing visors and no masks! how does that work for an air born virus. some visors not even covering their mouths.They need training in cv19. Most customers in game machine areas not wearing masks and lots of them wearing them under their nose. No gel and no guidance. Managers, if you get to speak to them keep you waiting for ages and are rude. The complaint system is a joke if you don’t like the way they operate they tell you to go elsewhere. NO VENTILATION. I did not feel SAFE>

5*easy signed up with free minutes lovely staff ! And great beds easy to use and a bit cheaper than other beds that don’t tan as good.

If you’re in need of some vitamin D, prepping for foreign sun or wanting to turn yourself orange, it’s the place for you. Quality tanning machines, both horizontal and vertical and good value. Always clean and there’s seldom a wait.

No hot water no hand dryer does not work no paper towels in the gents to dry your hands on the staff don’t care but there are paper towns in the ladies toilet so you can dry your hands when you complain and when you asked for the head office telephone they don’t know it or have been told not to give it out sorry did not take any photos at the time
