Kiera was lovely and she did a decent job but have got some ginger tones running through my highlights, however the price for what I actually got isn’t reasonable at all. I had my money piece retopped up and 4/5 highlights on bottom section of under hair and toner/dry for £63.00 which I think is so overpriced for what I got and especially not being fully happy with the tone of it. I rang and said I think they have over charged me and they stated that I had half a head even though Kiera said I literally had 4 strands of highlights the man on the front desk still charged me for a half head which I think is unreasonable and cheeky for the service I got. Kiera was lovely though and pleasant

First time and just wow kiera what a star my hair is amazing you were so kind and put me at ease you were so patient and kept me relaxed and you have now got a loyal customer xx I hope your boss knows how amazing you are xxxxx

I didn’t catch the name of the girl who colored my hair, but she was so lovely and gave me exactly what I wanted! Emily washed and curled my hair, and the curls lasted so long. I absolutely love my hair and had a great chat with everyone. Thanks so much, guys!

Fantastic hairdressers and sun lounge so well priced too kiera has just highlighted my daughters hair and she took so much attention too it, my daughter is absolutely beaming, lovely chatty receptionist called arron, definitely my fave hairdressers to go, thank you

Went to have a massage on my neck and shoulders from Cat who is my Pilates instructor. Parking slightly tricky. Cat fantastic as always.

Can not thank Emma and her team enough, I have been a customer of the sunloung since it opened. I have seen lots of changes over the years but the one thing you can always rely on is the most up-to-date hairdressing skills and products along with amazing value for money. Had some me time yesterday and had my hair done at the sun lounge. I’m always looked after from the time you book in at reception with Aaron. I was seated and gowned straight away. My fabulous hairdresser Emma discussed what I wanted doing today as I’m a regular customer and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had a full head of foils with a treatment too always the best products used. Emma worked her magic as always and I left very very happy. I also tested there new intensive treatment K18 my hair feels so soft and shiny and I would definitely ask for that again as it’s meant be better than olaplex which they also use in the salon. I have either Emma or Kiera both great hairdressers. Aaron makes great tea and I also was gifted a jammy donut. They are a lovely team make me feel welcome and I love having a catch up. I would recommend and have to my friends who also have Kiera do their hair. The prices are very reasonable for the service and end result you get you wouldn’t get the same service and quality any where else. Appreciate the profession these small business work very very hard everyone needs a good hairdresser.
