The worst experience ever. Charged £170 for the balayage and all I got was terrible blonde highlights. I have also attached the screenshot of the kind of balayage I wanted to compare with the what I got. This clinic is good for waxing but certainly not for any hair treatment. Total waste of money!

I’ve been going here now for over 3 months for a wax. First appointment was my first time it was amazing, very friendly and good results with Maha. Definitely recommend Maha for anyone who’s looking for a reliable and welcoming wax clinic!

I have been coming to Maha to get my hair cut for about a year and a half. She is so knowledgeable and helpful when cutting hair. She works great with Indian hair and very trustworthy. Thank you Maha!!

I come everytime here for my microneedling i took my 3 session today is my 4th one but they didn’t give me service bcz staff is not good mainly reception girl she did same thing last time today i took special off from my work and came from far when i reached she said u are late but i was on time my appointment was on 12 i was there at 12.03 amd i asked for periovus girl who did my facial last time they said she is not today then i said ok do another one but she said feel like jalous she gave excuse no your are late but when i came she was inside she came outside after 10 mints and said i will not do your facial . I will never come again very rude reception girl and videsha

I regularly visit Hair & Skin Clinic for various treatments, and my most recent experience was with Dr Sahar Khan for both a hydrafacial and microneedling for myself and my mum. Dr Sahar’s service was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain each treatment and tailored everything to our individual needs. We were both extremely impressed and will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

DO NOT recommend I have had 4 laser sessions because i paid the package but the service, level of skills and clinical expertise is ridiculous They rush the appointments and advertise it to be a different laser machine to what you get when you go in. I was told it was YAG before booking and it was IPL The 4 laser sessions have had minimal impact to my hair growth - I understand you need 8 appointments but I should have seen a minimum of 10-20% reduction which i did not. I had different practitioners each time and only 2 were good. The first lady and aqsa were good. One of the therapist rushed the appointment and the 2nd had earbuds in watching series on her phone whilst doing the therapy- this level of care for a ‘aesthetic’ place is not on. One of the therapists refused to do my back laser though I had paid for it. They do not make you feel comfortable and it is not a friendly service. With laser we should be given protective eye wear i was not given the eyewear on 2 occasions of my treatment. Staff did not wear eye wear which shows how weak their laser probably is I will NEVER be attending again.

After a disappointing pixie cut in Cambridge, I was so glad I found this clinic. Maha was fantastic! She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and even showed me images to make sure we were on the same page. The result was a perfect pixie cut. Thank you, Maha, for a great experience!
