Had a hot stone massage here, overall very poor experience. The room was small, and felt claustrophobic. The massage table is small, with my feet hanging over the bed!! The lady who did the massage didn’t really massage. It was more superficial, touchy feely. There was no pressure applied during the massage, and overall no technique or skill. The whole venue wasn’t well kept. The reception felt dirty, and upstairs also filthy. Will be the first and last time! I couldn’t wait for the massage to be over!

I had a facial at Harborne Spa and Clinic with Kalsoom and it was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were professional and welcoming, and the treatment left my skin feeling refreshed and clean. Everything was done with such care and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a great quality facial and a truly calming experience. The products used felt so gentle yet effective, and my skin looked noticeably better right away. She also did an excellent job with blackhead removal, leaving my skin clearer and smoother than ever.

I had a facial and back exfoliation with Lydia. Would definitely go again. The spa was calm & quiet and I found Lydia's approach gentle and tailored to suit my personality. No pushy sales here! Just science based info on beauty and understanding of different treatments. I felt very comfortable which for me is a MUST!

Paid £66 for a full body Deep Tissue Massage and additional Indian Head Massage. I was not given a proper consultation before my massage started or asked any questions at all throughout such as "how is this pressure?". Only my legs, back and arms were massaged which does not cover the advertisement of "full body". The Indian Head massage felt nice but was very shallow pressure. There was no appropriate place to put my clothes so I had to put them on the floor. I was not offered water or checked in with after the massage was complete. Paying so much for a treatment I would expect at least some friendly customer service but did not feel welcomed at all or put at ease. It seemed the staff just didn’t want to be there and were fed up with their jobs. Disappointing and concerning way to practice, unsure ethical guidelines were followed here 🙁

Really lovely back massage & Indian head massage yesterday. Always a fabulous experience, great customer service because they listen to you closely and really pay attention to your problem areas. My back feels incredible now. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Kadesha for my manicure and pedicure! She is incredibly sweet, very professional and extremely precise with her work. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care she put into making sure everything was perfect. Will definitely return 🙂

As a treat by my niece, I had the deep full body massage and foot massage given by Becky. It is one of the best massage treatments I have ever had, and, over the years, I have had a lot. Becky clearly explained the treatments to me every step of the way. After the massage I felt as if I was completely relaxed and as if I was "floating on air". I thoroughly recommend Becky.
