Second time with best man and van, after a great first experience. Lucky and his crew helped my partner and I move from our storage unit into our flat. All sorted within 3 hours (we had a massive 10mx10m storage unit and live on the top floor), including disposal of a few pieces of furniture. His team were efficient, helpful and very careful around the flat. Great rates compared to other competitors too, quote matched final payment. Quick to respond to messages, would recommend. Terrible service , person contacted was rude and expected me to wait four days for a quotation on price . Charging me 350 pounds for a little bit of rubbish to collect is also not realistic either . People moving home need top service , reliable and fast . I don’t think this person has the patience or flexibility and no understanding . Yet no time for a company invoice , of a quotation could be sent to me today . This company gives me illegitimate vibes , why they could not use this time to send me a simple invoice to my phone like many other companies did , yet replied to my google review the same hour of the same day. I hope this proves my point that they are only interested in getting good reviews while providing bad service .
