Visited Diamond Heaven today to purchase my wife an eternity ring and was served by Giles.He was extremely helpful finding us the right ring. The ring is stunning and we agreed a good price. We left feeling very satisfied. We would highly recommend Diamond Heaven and thank Giles again for all his help!

The most awful customer service I have received after spending a considerable sum of money!! Me and my brother went to this branch to purchase a diamond wedding ring and band. I had already spent close to £3k a few years ago and we spent close to another £3k this time too. I left my rings with them to be re-sized and polished. I was told it would take 2 weeks as I needed them before my brothers engagement and they assured me someone would call me within 2 weeks to have them delivered. It’s now been over 3 weeks and still no delivery. Their sales assistant Josh has not bothered to contact me and Sebastien who has been dealing with this on his behalf promised me they would be delivered last week. He also on a phone call told me that they would now be sent special delivery on Saturday for me to receive them on Monday because they somehow have a 24 hour delivery service. The tracking number provided doesn’t even register with Royal Mail to show it has been picked up or in transit. In all honesty I feel like I am being treated like a mug and would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. Hard earned money has been spent and it seems they have no care in the world to address my issues amicably. Appalled at the level of service I have been provided, such a shame as the first time I came here to purchase, everything was seamless and smooth. SORT THIS OUT!!

Sebastien was an absolute delight. So helpful. Full of knowledge and a joy to deal with. He straight away knew what type of ring would suit my husband and met our needs. Would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience from start to finish.We travelled quite some way to visit this specific store, to speak with the gemstone specialist, Sebastian, as I was looking for a very specific type of emerald engagement ring.He explained everything you could ever want to know about gemstones and more specifically, emeralds. We then talked about budget, what I wanted the ring to look like, and he got to work on the international gemstone database to source out the highest quality emerald he could find me.All I can say is that putting my trust in Seb resulted in the most perfect engagement ring I could have imagined. We went for a 2 carat Colombian emerald that had been sourced over 15 years ago, and was in impeccable condition, on an 18ct gold mount and 2 x 0.5ct diamonds either side of the centerpiece stone.There was no nasty bartering on price, Seb made me feel like he was trying his very very best to make my budget go as far as possible, and that he was on my side as opposed to being forced to buy by a salesman.When we went to pick up, I was so overwhelmed when I finally got my hands on the ring. 11/10 throughout the process.Seb was passionate about his trade, charming in his manor and I will be straight back to him whenever me or any member of my family need high quality Jewellery.Thanks so much DH!!!
