The Bass Bin

I turned up at The Bass Bin Birmingham just as the shop was closing, but instead of turning me away, the guy asked if I was there for the bass bin and happily opened the shop back up for me. That level of customer service really stood out straight away. He took the time to show me different types of subwoofers and gave me advice on what would actually work best for the very limited space in my car boot. He was friendly, patient, and clearly knew his stuff – no rushing, no pressure, just genuinely helpful service. Top bloke, top shop. If you’re looking for great car audio gear and customer service that goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend The Bass Bin Birmingham enough.

Excellent friendly service from these guys. After getting recommended from a guy at work I gave these guys a call, managed to fit me in at short notice and did a great job on installing my twin subwoofer on my BMW E90. I kept my original factory stereo and provided me with all the necessary fittings. The installation was clean and tidy and respectful to my car. I am absolutely blown away with the sound and bass! The whole car rattles but in a good way. Gave me a option to hardwire my dash cam too which I’m going to get done sometime in the near future. VJ, Maanik & Jason helped me with my first ever sub. Went for an Edge 750 amp as suggested on an offer they had on. Fitted it all within 40 minutes and sounded great! Really helpful lads. Highly recommend

Had the phenix gold sub from them and got it fitted by them aswell, in love w it now and going to come again soon to change some other speakers in my car. Literally do an amazing job at fitting it in and everything Customer service 10/10

On the tik tok page they sell them at a very low price somewhere around £90 double under and when I got there they had very high prices...I went to them all the way from Luton but I was disappointed I do not recommend

Big shoutout to The Bass Bin—these guys are solid. I first went in just to upgrade my front speakers, which already made a big difference. Ended up going back for a subwoofer and honestly, it changed the whole sound for me. Can’t imagine listening without it now. Had a little issue with the sub about a month later, but they sorted it fast—diagnosed it straight away and swapped it out free of charge. No stress at all. Proper customer service, good prices, and they actually care. I’ll definitely be back.

Was recommended by a friend from school. These guys know what they’re doing… they mean business and they don’t waste time doing it - fitted my speakers on the same day… Marniq (unsure of the pronunciation) honest, very efficient and friendly.
