I highly recommend HCF, and here’s why… I joined HCF 1.5 years ago feeling low on confidence. I was overweight, my fitness wasn’t where it should have been, and I just didn’t feel like myself. I wasn’t in a good place and, honestly, I didn’t like who I had become. Since joining HCF, I have lost nearly 3 stone, dropped a dress size, and now feel slimmer, stronger, and more toned. I’ve even competed in events I never thought possible: 2 Hyrox competitions (with my 3rd coming up in October), 2 Deka strongs, 1 Deka Mile, and several 5K and 10K runs, including Wolf Runs. I wouldn’t have achieved any of this without the amazing coaches and supportive members of the HCF family. You are never alone here—everyone encourages each other every step of the way. The coaches are outstanding. They ensure your form is correct, adapt workouts around injuries, and genuinely care about your progress—not just in fitness, but in life. I also do personal training sessions focused on my Hyrox goals. My coach has pushed me beyond my comfort zone, helping me feel more confident and prepared than ever. We also create weekly plans that include nutrition, running, recovery, and sleep, so I’m working on my goals even outside the gym. What I love most about HCF is the group environment. You’re never working out alone—you’re doing it together, encouraging one another, and sharing the journey. We also have fun along the way such as nice retreats to switch off and relax some lovely hikes and social nights out. Since joining HCF, I am fitter, healthier, and far more confident. Most importantly, I’m starting to love myself again, believe in myself more, and feel genuinely happier in life. Not your standard gym, it may not have a pool or steam room etc, but it is a community. I joined to get back to being active, I stayed for the people. Support, banter and exercise, what more do you want after a long day, making friends along the way too!

I started at Hudson Core Fitness 2 years ago. I wanted to lose weight , but also feel mentally good about myself. I’ve lost the weight and feel amazing physically and mentally. The trainers are amazing very encouraging and motivating, sometimes you just need that little extra push and they are there to support you. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get fit and meet other really great people to come and join. It’s not just a boot camp it’s become a community of friends

Hudson Core Fitness is absolutely amazing! I’m so grateful I found this wonderful place. The three trainers are fantastic—each brings something unique to the sessions, which keeps things fresh, fun, and challenging. Since joining, I’ve become fitter, stronger, and healthier. I’ve lost weight —but more importantly, I’ve gained a real sense of community. I've made friends, and I genuinely look forward to every session. I miss it (and everyone there!) when I can't go. The trainers truly care. They go out of their way to support and encourage everyone, no matter your fitness level. If you’re thinking of joining—do it! You absolutely won’t regret it.

HCF is so much more than a Bootcamp. It’s a place of friendship, camaraderie, fun and laughter. The workouts are fun, challenging and planned to suit all abilities and needs. If, like me you enjoy the outdoors then HCF is the perfect venue to get fit, healthy lose weight tone up and workout outside in the fresh air. The personal trainers are truly inspirational, knowledgeable and passionate about getting the best results for us at HCF. I’ve been attending HCF for several months I feel fit, strong, healthy, energetic, motivated and proud to be part of a happy community. HCF offers more than the bootcamp there are retreats and hikes on offer too.

I’ve been attending HCF for 3 months now, and it has been an incredible experience. The instructors are very knowledgeable and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference in the learning process. I really appreciate the variety of exercises tailored to different levels — it keeps things challenging but achievable. With sessions running throughout the whole day, 6 days a week, there’s always an opportunity to train and stay consistent. Over time, I’ve gained not only skills but also confidence, and I can clearly see my progress. I highly recommend this bootcamp to anyone who wants a structured, supportive, and motivating environment.

I’ve been attending HCF for a year now, which is the longest I’ve ever stayed consistent with exercise. The sessions are always varied which keeps things fun and challenging. There are multiple sessions throughout the day so it makes it easy to fit a class around my busy schedule. Dan, Jack and Shay are motivating and supportive and the group atmosphere really helps me to stay accountable. Not only have I lost weight, I also feel so much stronger and more confident in myself. Would recommend HCF to anyone!
