He went above and beyond to get my issue sorted as a priority when he didn’t need to get involved. Over the years I have been members of The Gym Group Digbeth, Stechford, and Sheldon but this one is the best in comparison. It is massive and has equipped itself well with the weight areas and with the times I go in the morning, I have never had to wait for equipment. I also find the general atmosphere of this gym very nice, there’s no awkward members making lots of noise or ego lifting throwing down weights which is something that I know can feel intimidating and uncomfortable. I find the members generally respectful. I’ve pretty much used all the facilities including showers and again it has always been clean and tidy.
