I have been going to DH Training Club for almost three months now. I have started with the 6 weeks challenge, which helped me build my confidence and strength. I am now a member and go three times a week, and it feels great every time. It's a fantastic place to invest in your health, especially if you haven't been to a gym before, but not only. The coaches are great, adapt to your needs and abilities, and create a fun and comfortable atmosphere (not to mention the great playlists). A super important plus is that there is a sense of community and belonging. So why wouldn't you love being there? Highly recommend for everybody.

I have absolutely loved going to DH Training Club. I started by doing the 6 week challenge and I have loved every second of it. I can already feel the change and it’s definitely something I want to put in my daily routine. Both Dean and Callum are very supportive and create great sessions. The support and guidance given in the classes is definitely a plus point, because I would be completely lost on my own. Another plus side is that there is a genuine, friendly and supportive community they have created. I would and have already recommended them to friends.

I’ve just completed the six week course at the gym and have absolutely loved it. I’ve also noticed massive strength gains over that period too which has been amazing. It’s been a few years since I’ve properly been weight training in a gym and I’ve loved getting back into it. The sessions are planned for you and hit all muscle groups so you get really well rounded workouts whichever sessions you go to and Dean and Callum are both excellent, giving guidance along the way. I love the smaller sessions and the members are all so welcoming which creates a lovely community to be a part of. Really looking forward to carrying on my sessions there as I become a full member. Thanks Dean and Callum!

I'm at the end of my 6 weeks beginner course, which I compressed into 5 weeks due to an upcoming holiday. This means going from nothing to 3/4 times a week and I look forward to every session. I feel so lucky to have DH training on my doorstep. I started it with the intention of building a stronger core to help with medical issues. In 5 weeks, these issues have reduced. This means my goal has been achieved! The emotional weight this carries is immense. I knew exercise would help but really don't get on with the mainstream gyms so was relying on strict diet alone. Now, combined with Dean's training, I am supported, pushed within my limits, feel safe, find all the people there just lovely and am getting stronger mentally and physically. I will sign up to be a full time member without a doubt. Thank you DH training!

This place is fantastic! After taking a long break from working out, I’ve finally found a gym that made me fall back in love with fitness. Every class is something I genuinely look forward to, and my confidence has grown so much in such a short time. The class sizes are small enough that you get the perfect amount of support and guidance, which makes a huge difference. The community is amazing, and the energy in every session is absolutely immaculate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating space to train!
