The Reformer Studio

I really enjoy the sessions, it’s a great mix of working your muscles but also relaxing and the instructors here are very very good. You can tell they know what they’re doing and can explain each exercise very well even when I was very new to reformer Pilates. You’re all doing a great job!

I cannot rave enough about my Pilates teacher, Melissa! From the very first class, she set the tone with her warm, light energy that instantly put me at ease. As my first-ever reformer Pilates teacher, she made what could have been an intimidating experience feel empowering and exciting. Melissa’s attention to technique is unmatched. She doesn’t just guide you through the motions—she lovingly corrects you with care and intention, always ensuring your body is moving in a safe and effective way. What I appreciate most is that she explains why you’re doing something, not just what to do. Her approach has helped me understand the fundamentals of control, alignment, and movement on a much deeper level. Her laugh is absolutely infectious, and her presence truly brightens the entire space. Each class feels like a mix of education, challenge, and joy. Because of Melissa, I’ve not only built strength and awareness, but I’ve genuinely fallen in love with Pilates. She’s more than a teacher—she’s a light, a guide, and a total gem

Very disappointing experience. I tried to book a one-time class through their website, but the process was extremely confusing. The site is poorly organized and not user-friendly. I was required to pay £22 before even selecting a class — and once I paid, there was no option to actually book anything. I tried to contact them multiple times: called several times (no answer), sent WhatsApp messages (no reply), and even went to the studio during their listed opening hours — it was closed. No communication, no service, and no refund so far. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this studio based on my experience.

A much-needed addition to the Jewellery Quarter! I have done a couple of classes with Ellie, the lead instructor, and have definitely felt the burn. She is a fabulous trainer - I particularly enjoyed the focus on breathwork. The studio is gorgeous and there is plenty of parking available outside.

Fantastic Studio Experience (Just One Small Issue) The studio is amazing with a great layout that makes every session enjoyable. The instructors are incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive, and the space is always clean and well-maintained. It’s a place I genuinely enjoy coming to. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit challenging at times but, overall, the experience more than makes up for it!

Fantastic reformer studio! Really professional, clean and friendly. Love the vibe. I’ve only had Mollie as an instructor so far but she’s amazing! 10/10.
