Absolutely lovely people. Phil has always been the guy who has remembers me regarding my rotary watches, which I think creates a good personal customer experience and he’s always gone the extra mile. Him, Sandy and Lady called K, (I forgot your name, I’m sorry!) have been great and continue to do so regarding service. Their attitudes and attention get the 5 stars. I won’t go to any other store personally because they have been top tier. Sandy and K are equally just as lovely and K has the balance of professionalism with banter, which is always welcomed by me anyways as they are human also, not retail robots.I have stated those names as they have consistently dealt with me there when I have been in. A big thank you!

With something as important as an engagement ring, you'd have thought that competency would be useful. Between the store in the Bullring and a store in Southampton they:Failed to provide an email receiptThe receipt provided was torn when attempting to staple it by the member of staff. This meant that the Bullring store would not accept the receipt.Then state that the code for the ring on the receipt was incorrect. That they couldn't find the ring.When the new receipt was requested from the Southampton store the employee admitted to making a mistake with the email address, leading to having to repeat the request for a receipt. This was then sent as a poor quality photo.They then stated that the ring would have to be resized, as they couldn't find it in stock. The hitch? The company they use for resizing is shut for a two week break. I'd bought the ring in November. Didn't think this would be an issue, and they state they can only use this client. The ring therefore was predicted to take 3 weeks. By then, my fiancé will have left the country.If anyone wants to buy something as important as an engagement ring, go to a company with good customer service, and competent employees. H Samuel does not have this.

Samuel the staff member I dealt with was honestly brilliant I could not fault him! He made me feel really special when choosing my watch and gave me time to really think about what I wanted! Will definitely be going back there to buy my next watch!

Had amazing service from a lady named Clare W. She made us feel very at home the second we went in and she was very attentive with us. Would definitely recommend anyone to come in for perfect customer service and a nice friendly vibe with a lot of help.

Went into H Samuels and was kindly approached by Sam who helped both me and my sister for our jewelry. I was complimented by my jewelry i was wearing when i entered by Sam which was very sweet. Would definitely recommend Sam to help out because he is very friendly and approachable. I then went in the next day and was assisted to Claire by Sam. She was very welcoming and helped both me and my dad with setting up the payment. Would definitely recommend Claire as she helped us out to the fullest .
