Friendly practice, receptionists helpful dental nurses empathetic and understanding, pleasant environment clean with soft soothing music. Dentist excellent for very nervous recipient of services. Calming approach took time to make me relaxed felt heard But honest, efficient and skilled. Highly recommended

A very professional practice from the reception staff to the dentist and assistant. Very welcoming and friendly. Since joining the practice, I have always had an excellent service. I had an emergency appointment this morning and I was seen within 30 minutes and treatment provided which helped with my concerns and follow up appointment given. Once again thank you for a fantastic service. Edit, Another excellent service, the dentist and dental nurse were absolutely fantastic and so reassuring as I'm quite an anxious person but they both made me feel so at ease. The kindness and professional approach is second to none. Thank you very much.

I am always treated well, with kindness, care, understanding and consideration. I can't find any fault with my Dentist David Cottam and Dental Nurse Hannah at all. I have been a patient with Cottam's for a number of years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone if needed. The dentists themselves are all great, but the booking system is confusing. When booking online, the first question asks if you're an existing patient, then allows you to select a dentist or choose 'any practitioner'. I chose based on the time and date that suited me best, then received a phone call to say I couldn't have that appointment because it wasn't with my usual dentist. Unfortunately, my usual dentist only works limited days/hours, so it's quite hard to find a time that works. I was told I wasn't allowed to book with anyone else. I can understand if this is the rule, but why allow me to book online with 'any practitioner'? As I said, confusing!

Me and my family have used this dentists for years and for 2 generations so far! both on and off the NHS. The service we have received has been second to none. The staff are friendly and always ready to respond and help in anyway they can. We now have a different dentist after David Cotton retired, however our new Dentist is lovely she is professional and explains everything, and all the options that are available. I could not ask for better care from the moment I walk through the door to the moment I leave. Thank you!
