Always a pleasure to go to this dental practice! The staff are always so kind and caring. I’ve never felt rushed. The hygienist does a fab job and is always gentle. My dentist Dr Patel is just lovely very caring and kind and very thorough. As someone who was terrified of the dentist when younger I am completely turned around by this practice.

I had a great experience today at the dentist. Not only is it nice and clean, the staff are very friendly! In regards to treatment, the dentist i saw was fabulous. He started by doing a check on me and said that was a cancer check which is the 1st time in my life I've had that! Then I had a thorough examination before I had my Invisilign consultation. It was great because I've had them before and the result was very poor but I left feeling confident about my new and future teeth .

I visited the practice for the first time yesterday for a routine check up as a NHS patient. The practice is clean, and welcoming, and the service I received from my dentist and dental nurse was fantastic. I was provided with good advice and recommendations and look forward to returning for my check up.

Excellent experience, as usual. Dr Patel explained everything really clearly to me and I was extremely impressed and pleased with the results of my treatment. Would highly recommend to everyone (children and nervous patients too).

I had a general check-up at Kings Heath Dental and Implant Centre and was really pleased with the service. The clinic was professional and welcoming. Dr. Hafsah was excellent—highly skilled, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s great to be treated by someone so qualified and reassuring. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve never not had a great experience here, nor has my daughter. The team are warm, friendly and supportive – from receptionists to hygienist to the dentist themselves – which is really important when you’re nervous about being in a dentist environment. My previous dentist experience scared me off dentists for years. Appointments are mostly running on time which is also a rare thing, and a recent filling I had was so quick and easy, it felt borderline enjoyable! A far cry from my dental procedures of the past. Hard recommend. And thank you Kings Heath Dental and Implant Centre! Please keep doing what you’re doing 🙂

Excellent service! From suggestions that came my way of the local dentists in Kings Heath, the centre was actually my third option and honestly I am so happy and GRATEFUL to have been able to register myself and my son here and receive the best of service EVERYTIME!
