Solanki Dental Practice

Bad dentist. The boss doesn't treat his staff the best, overcharges customers without providing full transparency on cost and cleans teeth very quickly without applying thorough effort as opposed to other dentists in the area and private practices. Has cancelled appointments in the past on short notice on a number of occasions, they hardly ever answer the phone unless you wait for a long time and they provide you with automated appointments with very little notice provided meaning you have to call to get it rescheduled but you it is really tough to get through to them. To be fair, the receptionists are good if you are there in person and that's the only reason they are getting that 1 star.

It's been over a year since My mum, sister and I have been visiting this practice, I can't express enough how great of dental practice Solanki Dental Practice is. They always accommodating us, kindly always making sure we are seen together as 3 adults which gives us a lot of ease. The receptionists Negama and Maz are the best! They are always attentive and friendly and do their utmost best to make sure our queries and concerns are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. We saw Dr. K Solanki yesterday and I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care and service she provided all three of us. Her quality of care and service is the best we have experienced and she took thorough care and concern of our individual needs. Sonia, the nurse, was very informative and friendly. We couldn't recommend this practice enough. 10/10.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS PRACTICE they don’t know what they are doing. They pulled my mother’s tooth and have left a bone / piece of tooth in her gum. My mum’s face swelled for 4 days. The lady ripped my mother’s scarf off too. I will be going to pals regarding this. A boy was having his tooth removed and he was screaming in pain. They are a joke and need to be shut down!!! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional

The reception nagma was very respectful and helpful she is amazing I went to register with them she explained everything and straight away booked me appointment she speak with everyone with smile she is very professional I wish best of luck for her in future❤️

I had my first appointment at Solanki Dental Practice. The reception Negama was very respectful and explained everything that me and my mother need to know, she is very genuine caring person. Also maz was very friendly and warm, such amazing dental practice.
