Outstanding Care at The Priory Hospital, Birmingham I recently had a total knee replacement at The Priory Hospital in Birmingham, performed by Mr. Marcus Green. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The nursing team were exceptional—kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hospital itself was immaculate, with the highest standards of cleanliness I’ve ever seen in a medical setting. To top it off, the food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and want to thank Mr. Green and the entire team for making what could have been a daunting experience so smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend The Priory Hospital to anyone in need of first-class medical treatment.
I felt as if all the nursing staff went out of their way to make this (pre-op assessment) a happy, safe, reassuring and peaceful visit. And it was! The nurses are friendly and chatty, and it's clear from their speed and efficiency that they are very experienced and knowledgable. What a splendid group! Looking forward to my next visit!
Had a really well organised, facilitated, and caring experience. All the staff were lovely right from reception to theatre. Everything was explained. No question went unanswered and I felt I was the priority to every member of staff. No one rushed me or dismissed me. It was a really good experience considering it was an operation. I’ve never felt so at ease in a medical setting.
Just been for my pre med for my hip replacement. The whole experience was first class. No waiting around, runs like clockwork. Everybody very professional. A special mention for secretary Angela Roberts who has been brilliant. Sorting out the date for my operation after being given the runaround by many others. Many thanks Angela Tony Workman
Having just returned home after having HiFu procedure at The Priory hospital this morning in Edgbaston, Birmingham I can only speak highly regarding my whole experience there. From the moment I arrived at 7.00 this morning all of the staff involved in my care were so friendly and just brilliant. My procedure was carried out by Dr Doherty who was wonderful from the first meeting we had 3 weeks ago to our discussion this morning pre operation. I had a private room with its own bathroom which was clean and well presented with my own tv. The food was lovely and they looked after my wife with cups of tea when she stayed in the room whilst I was down in theatre. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend The Priory, Edgbaston and Dr Doherty. It was a wonderful place to have the HiFu treatment and I would just like to thank everyone involved in my care today for looking after me so well.
This was my second surgery here within 6 weeks and the care I have received on both occasions was exemplary. I actually had the same nurse this time helped out by a Sister. They are both wonderfully kind people and I really felt like I was in good hands throughout. I can’t express enough how well taken care of I felt. Amazing care and service at the Priory. I was very impressed
Thank you. Recent day case operation at The Priory Hospital in Edgbaston. Excellent staff. Kind, considerate, caring and respectful in everything they did during the whole patient journey. From my Orthopaedic Consultant, Mr Samuel Chan, to the nursing staff, the theatre staff and the Consultant Anaesthetist, the post operative physiotherapist and the catering staff. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience there. Hopefully I won’t need any further treatment but if I do I will definitely use the Priory Hospital in Edgbaston in future.
