I have been seeing Sam for several years now and he has kept my knees, hips and back as mobile and flexible as possible. His gentle coaxing has also encouraged me to mobilise more frequently! I recommend him unreservedly.

I have been visiting Melissa for the last couple of months. I was recommended to her by my Reflexologist. I had an extremely painful shoulder as well as lower back pain. I also suffered from severe headaches for which I have been taking tablets for over a year. Melissa helped to pinpoint the sources of my pain and discomfort and possible causes of my headaches. I found Melissa to be professional, knowledgeable, kind, gentle and extremely friendly.. I would highly recommend Melissa as a professional osteopath.

I went to see Sam a few years ago with a hip problem, but over the years, he has treated my back, neck, legs, and even my feet! He is very professional and makes sure he gets to the root of the problem. I know that seeing him regularly really helps me feel better physically. I have recommended him to others who I know have benefitted from his treatment, too.

I first visited Sam at Birmingham Osteopathy in 2018 after a severe sports-related neck injury that left me in constant pain. Not only did my neck hurt, but I also had discomfort radiating down my left arm. The pain was so intense that I had to work from home, needing to lie down frequently just to relieve the pressure. After trying physiotherapy, acupuncture, and multiple chiropractic sessions — which sometimes made things worse — I was still in agony. By the time I made it to Sam, I could barely get into the car for my appointment, needing several attempts just to get in. But after my first session, I was able to get into the car on the first try! Although I still had a way to go, I saw significant improvement. Within a month, I was almost completely back to normal — something no other treatment had been able to achieve. Since then, I’ve had a few flare-ups and different issues, and now I see Sam regularly to maintain my progress. Since 2018 I’ve recommended at least five people to Sam, and every one of them has had a positive experience with their issues resolved. I can’t recommend Sam enough!
