I went in with a pretty bad injury which stopped me from training. I tried the GP and all they said was rest for up to 8 weeks and take Ibuprofen. I went to the chiropractor for a second opinion and now, thanks to Gurjit and his proactive treatment plan, I'm back to my normal schedule a month later. Also, my posture is better. I feel looser and stronger. I have a better range of motion. My grip strength in my left hand, which was weak from a previous injury, has improved by almost 10kg. I went for the intensive treatment plan which was 2 sessions a week and it was 100% worth it. Definitely recommend.

I've been going to see Gurj for the last 7 years and his service has been exceptional. He initially saw me to correct a bad back/pinched nerve....6-7 sessions later and the issue was resolved and I had full mobility restored. Since then I've seen Gurj every 3-4 months for more of an 'MOT'...he's helped with alignment issues and/or impact/muscle injuries.
