Good experience, Nida was professional and friendly - very informative. i had weekly sessions for 7 weeks following a car accident leaving me with neck and back complaints, i can now feel an improvement from the massages and stretches she advised which is amazing!

Yasmi has been excellent with ensuring recovery of my knees, especially the left one. Exercises were built on very gradually. You know at the start with physio exercises, you feel like it can’t be doing much but it really did work and have built to resistance exercises and dynamic exercises so I can get back to decent exercise to get this 2" off my waist. All was explained well at each session. Top marks.

I was referred here after a car accident in May after suffering whiplash in my upper back and neck, and Nida has been absolutely amazing recovering me. She made me feel comfortable during the sessions and gave me a good set of exercises to help get me better. Couldn’t recommend and thank her more 🙂

I've just completed a course of physio with Nida Kamran and her colleagues, Nida was my usual physiotherapist. Nida's assessment of my needs proved to be perfectly accurate, and the course of treatment was specifically targeted to acutely remedy my injury. The clinical area was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I found Nida's professionalism reassuring, and I was left in no doubt as to what her diagnosis and opinion was. The treatment has been successful and I would recommend Nida and her colleagues to anyone requiring physiotherapy.

Nida was fantastic. I was referred due to an accident for some physiotherapy. She did a very detailed consultation and set my program custom to me of exercises to do at home. In the sessions she was very informative and kind and explained everything thoroughly.
