My initial conversation with Sonu over the phone was regarding an engagement ring for my partner. I was unsure of my partner's ring size, but he reassured me throughout the process that resizing would not be an issue. The entire experience, from booking an appointment, discussing ideas, designing the ring, and placing the order, was efficient and meticulously timed. This efficiency allowed me to propose to my new fiancee in Crete .After the proposal, my partner desired a slightly tighter fit for her new engagement ring. Upon our return to the UK, we scheduled another appointment with Adam for a resizing. The process was hassle-free and straightforward, with Adam thoroughly explaining the resizing procedure to my fiancee. Although my partner was initially disheartened about leaving the ring for resizing, Adam surprised us with a phone call, offering a quick turnaround thanks to the dedicated workshop team, whom I also wish to thank.I cannot recommend this place enough. JQ Diamonds provides a wealth of experience and professionalism that exceeds expectations.
