For the past five weeks, I have been trying to get a refund that was promised after explaining our situation (our father passed away and we needed to take his body to India). Despite repeated calls and messages left with reception for Ravi or Nisha, I have not received proper assistance. Each time I called, I was told that everyone was busy with clients and that someone would call me back, but this has not happened. I have been passed around to different people, with inconsistent information given. Recently, I was told via WhatsApp that someone named Ali was handling the refund, but when I called to follow up, reception said there is no Ali working at the firm and ended the call. This lack of communication and support during such a sensitive time has been extremely stressful and upsetting. I hope the firm addresses these issues and improves their service.

Bad experience. Asks money in advance before anything and still no much response. They booked appointment even without asking me 2-3 days later when i made payments at 10pm in the night over telephone and didn’t even asked for telephone appointments and they refused to refund payment or cancel appointment when i asked i am not okay for consultation was not good at all. Waste of money and time
