Slow, tardy, incompetent claims handler. Staff are either incompetent or if decent leave the company quickly. Not sure who gives them advice on how to proceed, of course they like claims where liability is accepted easy pickings, but anything where claim denied, they re generally uninterested. All they re doing is sending a claim form to an insurer, how difficult is it the injury protocols could do with them being simpler and more transparent, especially insurers that deny liability and then spend aeons with a decision. I wouldn't recommend S&G to anyone. I'd happily pay 30% plus other insurance/disbursements than give case this big but incompetent firm. Oh and their Customer services is the worst ever, ditto their complaint process usually written by a sworn insider late on Friday evenings with the usual findings of: nope, we didn't do any of this, we are great, and we will improve. The firm has faced a re a lot of questions in the past from regulators and government for questionable practices.

Lack of communication. Lost Paperwork. Felt like they were not on my side. Since case started two yrs ago we have had 3 different people dealing. The first one left and no one made contact to say this had happend, we only found out after making several calls and waiting days for any response. The second person went sick with no one knowing for hoe long, eventually we were assigned another person, who seems it's okay to take what everyone else says as fact with out even contacting us to confirm details. Not at all happy with this company. So much time has been wasted through lack of communication. Would advise people to at least think twice before even contemplating going with them

If I could give no stars I would. I cannot express enough to anyone thinking of using this company, please stay away for your own sanity! I had someone crash into me when I was pregnant and went through a horrific ordeal which turned into a nightmare with this company dealing with the claim. Apparently it's just bad luck that I've had claims handlers leave and my case was forgotten repeatedly until I chased again. I have had to mentally have a break from it and surprise, no contact from them for over 12 months. I cannot believe what they do is legal, it's disgusting how they treat people in arguably one of the most stressful times of their lives. Shocking.
UPDATE - What an earth is wrong with the company! Still nothing about my claim. Just getting ignored completely it’s an absolute joke! Seriously avoid at all costs. Looking to call a different company to be honest. Send multiple emails, rang multiple times left messages. Do not get any reply at all, no updates about my claim. Managed to speak to someone today who transferred me to someone else, was left on hold for over an hour still had no reply. What’s the point, absolutely useless.
